本实用新型涉及阀门技术领域,特别涉及一种防冲击截止阀的密封结构,主要运用石油化工、煤化工等行业,工况要求高频、快速开关的截止阀。
背景技术
随着石油化工、煤化工装置不断地向高参数大型化、一体化的发展,装置上需要用到大量快速切断气动或液动的截止阀,快速切断截止阀的开关时间要求非常快;图1是传统截止阀的密封结构,使用在开关速度比较慢的情况下密封面不会因轴向力冲击引起密封面变形或损坏,造成截止阀密封失效问题;但是,传统的截止阀密封结构使用在快速开关的情况下,阀门密封面容易受到轴向力快速冲击,引起密封面变形或损坏造成截止阀密封失效,使用寿命短。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是要提供一种结构简单,能显著提高密封面抗冲击能力的防冲击截止的阀密封结构。
本实用新型提供了一种防冲击截止阀的密封结构,包括阀座、阀瓣、耐磨垫片、缓冲盖、锁紧螺母、弹簧、阀杆,阀瓣装在阀座上,阀瓣和阀座的接触面形成密封面,阀瓣内设有一凹孔,凹孔底部装有一耐磨垫片,耐磨垫片上装一缓冲盖,缓冲盖顶套一弹簧,一弹簧与阀杆底部缩进的内孔紧密接触,阀杆的端部设有凸台,锁紧螺母与阀瓣连接锁紧后压住阀杆端部凸台。
所述阀瓣密封面和阀座密封面喷涂有耐腐蚀耐磨合金层。
本实用新型的阀杆的快速上下运动是通过直行气缸或液压缸输出轴的输出力推动。
本实用新型的有益效果:
1)阀杆与阀瓣采用弹簧衬套预紧结构,因弹簧具有蓄力和释放力的本身特性,让阀瓣在较快速关闭情况下与阀座直接碰撞有缓冲作用,能有效解决阀门密封面受到轴向力的冲击引起密封面变形或损坏的问题,延长截止阀密封副的使用寿命;
2)阀杆与阀瓣连接采用弹簧夹套预紧结构,在阀门的关闭过程中,阀座与阀瓣间的密封比压能迅速增加,从而保证密封副形成可靠的密封比压,保证密封性能。

如图2所示,本实用新型提供了一种防冲击截止阀的密封结构,包括阀座1、阀瓣2、耐磨垫片3、缓冲盖4、锁紧螺母5、弹簧6、阀杆7,阀瓣2装在阀座1上,阀瓣2和阀座1的接触面形成密封面101,阀瓣2内设有一凹孔102,凹孔102底部装有一耐磨垫片3,耐磨垫片3上装一缓冲盖4,缓冲盖4顶套一弹簧6,一弹簧6与阀杆7底部缩进的内孔104紧密接触,阀杆7的端部设有凸台103,锁紧螺母5与阀瓣2连接锁紧后压住阀杆端部凸台103。
所述阀瓣密封面101和阀座密封面喷涂有耐腐蚀耐磨合金层。
防冲击密封结构的快速开关型截止阀通过直行气缸或液压缸输出轴的输出力推动阀杆作上下直线运动,由于直行气缸或液压缸的开关速度非常快,输出轴的输出力直接快速推动阀杆7向下直运动,阀杆7把快速关闭的力传递给弹簧6和缓冲盖4,阀杆7与阀瓣2采用弹簧衬套预紧结构,因弹簧6具有蓄力和释放力的本身特性,让阀瓣2在较快速关闭情况下与阀座1直接碰撞有缓冲作用,能有效解决阀门密封面101受到轴向力的冲击引起密封面变形或损坏的问题,延长截止阀密封副的使用寿命。阀杆7与阀瓣2连接采用弹簧夹套预紧结构,在阀门的关闭过程中,阀座1与阀瓣2间的密封比压能迅速增加,从而保证密封副形成可靠的密封比压,保证密封性能。

1.一种防冲击截止阀的密封结构,其特征在于:阀瓣装在阀座上,阀瓣和阀座的接触面形成密封面,阀瓣内设有一凹孔,凹孔底部装有一耐磨垫片,耐磨垫片上装一缓冲盖,缓冲盖顶套一弹簧,一弹簧与阀杆底部缩进的内孔紧密接触,阀杆的端部设有凸台,锁紧螺母与阀瓣连接锁紧后压住阀杆端部凸台。
