本实用新型公开了一种钢板筒仓螺旋破拱装置，包括钢板仓卸料锥斗，位于所述钢板仓卸料锥斗上端口位置均布设置有三台螺旋输送机；所述每台螺旋输送机的驱动电机均安装于钢板仓卸料锥斗外部，其螺旋输送轴倾斜向下延伸至钢板仓卸料锥斗中部；在所述每根螺旋输送轴上沿轴向间隔设置有多个橹桨式叶片。本实用新型优点在于保证物料顺利出仓，具体体现在以下几方面：1、三台螺旋输送机既可同时开启，也可单独开启，达到使筒仓内物料得以全方位松散。2、驱动电机和传动机构安装在钢板仓卸料锥斗外部，安装维修方便。

背景技术
钢板筒仓广泛用于贮存散装物料，如用来贮存粮食、饲料等粒状和粉状物料的农用筒仓，用来贮存焦炭、水泥、食盐、食糖等散装物料的工业筒仓。钢板筒仓在卸料过程中，位于卸料锥斗处的物料常常发生结拱现象而影响正常卸料，甚至堵塞卸料锥斗。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种保证物料顺利出仓的钢板筒仓螺旋破拱装置。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采取下述技术方案：
本实用新型所述的钢板筒仓螺旋破拱装置，包括钢板仓卸料锥斗，位于所述钢板仓卸料锥斗上端口位置均布设置有三台螺旋输送机；所述每台螺旋输送机的驱动电机均安装于钢板仓卸料锥斗外部，其螺旋输送轴倾斜向下延伸至钢板仓卸料锥斗中部；在所述每根螺旋输送轴上沿轴向间隔设置有多个橹桨式叶片。

如图1所示，本实用新型所述的钢板筒仓螺旋破拱装置，包括钢板仓卸料锥斗1，位于所述钢板仓卸料锥斗1上端口位置按照120℃方位均布设置有三台螺旋输送机；每台螺旋输送机的驱动电机2及传动机构均通过支撑架安装于钢板仓卸料锥斗1外部，其螺旋输送轴3倾斜向下延伸至钢板仓卸料锥斗1中部；在每根螺旋输送轴3上沿轴向间隔设置有多个橹桨式叶片4。

1.一种钢板筒仓螺旋破拱装置，包括钢板仓卸料锥斗（1），其特征在于：位于所述钢板仓卸料锥斗（1）上端口位置均布设置有三台螺旋输送机；所述每台螺旋输送机的驱动电机（2）均安装于钢板仓卸料锥斗（1）外部，其螺旋输送轴（3）倾斜向下延伸至钢板仓卸料锥斗（1）中部；在所述每根螺旋输送轴（3）上沿轴向间隔设置有多个橹桨式叶片（4）。
