Abstract

扁桃体切除术属耳鼻喉科最常见的手术，为每位耳鼻喉医生必须熟练掌握，而做好该手术又必须熟练掌握术中、术后出血的止血问题。目前临床的常规止血方法是：扁桃体摘下后，发现腺窝内有活动性出血点，首先用直血管钳夹住出血点的组织，再用90度大弯血管钳，沿直血管钳顶端再次夹住该出血部位组织，用丝线顺大弯血管钳弯度的外周结扎。此种常规结扎止血方法，常因大弯血管钳的钳尖突出组织表面少或未能突出组织表面，使套线失败，而需大弯血管钳重新夹持组织，再次套线结扎；还因大弯血管钳夹持组织过多，使病人局部疼痛，不适感加重。

具体实施方式：
如图1和图2所示，因该止血钳的顶端呈一鹰咀状弯钩，且向手柄方向作直线延伸，所以在其顶端夹角相交处夹住出血点部位组织后，即可套线结扎。
临床实践表明：顶端夹角为60度时，在结扎扁桃体腺窝上、下级部位出血点时，更易于操作。可采用如下操作方法：先用丝线打一个较松的结，套在止血钳顶端，然后夹住出血点部位组织，再将顶端较松的结用力结扎，常规再打一结，完成结扎止血。这样即可适合扁桃体腺窝的上级、下级、中段等任何部位的出血点结扎止血，使用更方便。
本实用新型将常规方法的两个步骤、两把止血钳，减为一个步骤、一把止血钳，节省时间，夹持组织少，病人痛苦小，易于操作，结扎止血成功率高，适用于扁桃体切除术中及术后可见活动性出血点的所有病例。经对89例、122个出血点的临床实践，效果非常明显，结扎一个出血点的时间由原来的平均15秒，降至平均6秒。

1.一种用于止血的手术钳，其特征在于该手术钳的顶端呈弯钩状，其夹角为45度或60度；所述弯钩向手柄方向的直线延伸长度为1.0至1.5厘米；所述弯钩横断面呈圆形或椭圆形。
