本实用新型属于石油开采井下工具，具体涉及的是防偏磨抽油杆接箍。
背景技术：
目前，在抽油机采油过程中，抽油杆要长期在油井内作上、下运动，抽油杆接箍则会因此与油管发生摩擦，造成接箍和油管的磨损，严重时会导致油管的损坏。所以油井偏磨是影响油田生产成本的主要方面。由于抽油杆下部杆柱除承受拉力载荷外，还要承受下行阻力载荷，工作条件极为恶劣，导致抽油杆下部和油管的偏磨现象加剧， 因油井性质的不同，往往在作业一段时间后即需停产检修，更换接箍和被磨损的油管，加大了采油成本，由此给采油的周期性连续化生产造成很大的不便。

为了克服背景技术中的不足本实用新型提供一种防偏磨抽油杆接箍。
为了解决背景技术中存在的问题，本实用新型是采用以下技术方案：一种防偏磨抽油杆接箍，包括接箍本体，接箍本体内设有螺旋孔，且螺旋孔贯通与接箍本体，其特征在于：接箍本体外表面上设有环形槽，接箍本体与环形槽连接处倒成圆角，环形槽表面设有方颈平面，接箍本体侧面设有平滑的耐磨层和半球状的耐磨块。

参看图1，本具体实施方式是采用以下技术方案，一种防偏磨抽油杆接箍，包括接箍本体2，接箍本体2内设有螺旋孔1，且螺旋孔1贯通与接箍本体2，其特征在于：接箍本体2外表面上设有环形槽5，接箍本体2与环形槽5连接处倒成圆角，环形槽5表面设有方颈平面4，方颈平面4便于工作人员检修时的拆装，接箍本体2侧面设有平滑的耐磨层3和半球状的耐磨块6。所述的接箍本体2端口处向内至螺旋孔1边缘倒成圆角。所述的耐磨块6位于环形槽5的两侧。耐磨块6采用阻尼系数小、抗冲击性能强的陶瓷材料组成，这样，在发生偏磨时，减少了磨损程度，降低了因磨损对油管的损害。耐磨层3为通过热喷涂方式在接箍本体2上进行合金喷涂，喷涂层厚度要求大于0.2mm，然后进行磨光加工，使其表面光洁度高，摩察系数低，当耐磨块6损伤时，可通过耐磨层3进行保护，从而达到双向保护的目的。本实用新型结构设计合理，构思巧妙新颖，在发生偏磨时，由于接箍本体2表面设有耐磨层3和耐磨块6可有效减缓磨损问题，可降低因磨损对油管的损害，延长油管的使用寿命，而且维护成本很低，且易于大规模推广应用。
