背景技术
目前对于将毛竹展平成竹板结构的设备主要包括安装在展平机上的压辊和展平辊,压辊的两端上下滑动连接展平机上并安装将其下压的气缸,展平辊的表面设有破坏主板表面的尖端物体,通过压辊和展平辊之间的间距对毛竹进行滚压展平。由于压辊和展平辊之间长期对竹板碾压,其碾压的作用力较大,一般压辊采用金属材质制成,在长期受到碾压的作用力,特别是对于长度较长的压辊,会导致压辊中间部分上下变形,从而使压辊和展平辊的中间区域的间隔变大,这样容易使竹板中间区域无法彻底展平,而竹板的两端容易压裂掉。

本实用新型要解决上述现有技术的缺点,提供一种展平机的压辊结构,使压辊和展平辊之间的间隔距离,提高了对竹板展平的效果。
本实用新型解决其技术问题采用的技术方案:这种展平机的压辊结构,包括上下间隔安装在展平机上的压辊和展平辊,压辊的外径由两端至中间逐渐变大。根据压辊变形大小的特性,将压辊的外径由两端至中间逐渐变大,中间越容易变形的位置外径越大,则强度越高,越不容易变形。
为了更进一步完善,压辊的外表面呈弧形结构向外凸。这样表面光滑,对毛竹展平的效果更好。
本实用新型有益的效果是:本实用新型不仅适当减小压辊和展平辊之间中间区域的间距,平衡压辊和展平辊之间整个区域的间距,而且也提高了压辊中间区域的强度,使中间区域不容易变形,增长了使用寿命。
