背景技术
现在,电动车已经普遍的成为人们的代步工具,其使用日趋广泛,电池盒作为电动车的主要部件之一,是电动车的随车电源,以往的电池盒电源线插头直接插在电池盒电源输出插口上,在骑行过程中容易脱落,而且容易拔除,给用户造成不必要的麻烦;而电动车一旦因插头脱落会切断电源,防盗报警器就会失灵,由于铅酸电池的可回收利用,会成为一些不法分子的偷盗对象,现有的电池盒一般采用外锁来防盗,其缺点是在电池盒外部隐蔽性不强,防盗功能不高,无法适应部分车型的安装。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理、安全可靠、防盗性能好的电动车电池盒插头防脱落装置。
本实用新型是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种电动车电池盒插头防脱落装置,包括左电池盒、右电池盒、电源线插头、机械锁、电池盒电源输出插口、电源线插头锁杆,左电池盒和右电池盒用螺丝锁定,其特征在于:电池盒机械锁安装在左电池盒内侧的上方,用螺丝锁紧;在右电池盒的上方与机械锁相对应位置有电池盒电源输出插口,电源线插头有两根锁杆,锁杆插进机械锁后将电源线插头锁定。当电源线插头插入电池盒电源输出插口时,锁杆就插进机械锁锁定,当需要拔出电源线插头时先转动机械锁钥匙,机械锁内部锁舌转动打开机械锁,再拔出电源线插头;在无钥匙的情况下任何人都无法拔出电源线插头,也无法切断电动车电源,起到电池盒防盗作用和电源线插头防脱落作用。
本实用新型电池盒安装在车架上,稳定性好,电池盒电源输出插口在右电池盒的上部,电源线插头插入电池盒电源输出插口时,锁杆就插进左电池盒的机械锁锁定。本实用新型结构合理,性能可靠,电源插头不能轻易拔出,从而电源防盗报警器就不会失灵,增加了电池盒的防盗性能。

具体实施方式
如图1-7所示,一种电动车电池盒上部电源输出插头防脱落和防盗装置,包括左电池盒1、右电池盒2、电源线插头3、机械锁4、机械锁锁舌5、电池盒电源输出插口6、机械锁钥匙7和电源线插头锁杆8,其特征在于:电池盒机械锁4安装在左电池盒1内侧的左上方,用螺丝固定;电池盒电源输出插口6在右电池盒2的右上方,电源线插头3有两根特制的电源线插头锁杆8,当电源线插头3插入电池盒电源输出插口6时,电源线插头锁杆8就插进机械锁4锁定,当需要拔出电源线插头3时先转动机械锁钥匙7,机械锁锁舌5转动打开机械锁4,再拔出电源线插头3;在无钥匙的情况下任何人都无法拔出电源线插头3,也无法切断电动车电源,起到电池盒防盗作用和电源线插头防脱落作用。
本实用新型电池盒安装在车架上,稳定性好。电池盒电源输出插口6在右电池盒2的上部,电源线插头3插入电池盒电源输出插口6时,电源线插头锁杆8就插进机械锁4锁定。

1.一种电动车电池盒插头防脱落装置,包括左电池盒、右电池盒、电源线插头、机械锁、电池盒电源输出插口、电源线插头锁杆,左电池盒和右电池盒用螺丝锁定,其特征在于:电池盒机械锁安装在左电池盒内侧的上方,用螺丝锁紧;在右电池盒的上方与机械锁相对应位置有电池盒电源输出插口,电源线插头有两根锁杆,锁杆插进机械锁后将电源线插头锁定。
