加强可伐集热管太阳能集热模块,由联集盒、支架和球面加强可伐集热管组成,其特征是:球面加强可伐集热管在一个罩玻璃管内嵌套布置一个管板吸收体制成,罩玻璃管在连接端口处向里翻边形成一个带通孔的封接端面,带通孔的封接端面外侧叠加一片外径为罩玻璃管外径40%至90%、形状与封接端面相吻合、中间带有通孔的可伐圆环片;可伐圆环片上面叠加一片中间带有通孔的附加玻璃圆环片,附加玻璃圆环片的内径和外径均略大于可伐圆环片的;所述相互叠加的附加玻璃圆环片、可伐圆环片与罩玻璃管的封接端面用模具压焊密封连接;可伐圆环片的通孔与管板吸收体密封连接。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及加强可伐集热管太阳能集热模块。
背景技术
有不少太阳能集热模块使用的真空集热元件都涉及金属与玻璃的密封连接,现有的一种可伐封接金属吸收体真空集热元件采用搭焊连接,其焊接部分还有改进的空间。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是要提供加强可伐集热管太阳能集热模块。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取技术方案:用联集盒、支架和加强可伐集热管,组成一台加强可伐集热管太阳能集热模块。加强可伐集热管在一个罩玻璃管内嵌套布置一个管板吸收体制成。罩玻璃管在连接端口处向里翻边形成一个带通孔的封接端面,带通孔的封接端面外侧叠加一片外径为罩玻璃管外径40%至90%、形状与封接端面相吻合、中间带有通孔的可伐圆环片。可伐圆环片上面叠加一片中间带有通孔的附加玻璃圆环片,附加玻璃圆环片的内径和外径均略大于可伐圆环片的。所述相互叠加的附加玻璃圆环片、可伐圆环片与罩玻璃管的封接端面用模具压焊密封连接。可伐圆环片的通孔与管板吸收体密封连接。
还可以令罩玻璃管的封接端面呈向外鼓起的球面曲面。
本实用新型的有益效果:通过在可伐连接件的连接部位两面压焊玻璃部件,为提高可伐连接件与玻璃的连接强度、增强其密封性能提供了一条新的途径。采用加强可伐集热管制造的太阳能集热模块,其集热管的真空保持工况更好。可伐带来金属热管,可以制造承压式集热模块。

图1中,用联集盒1、支架2和加强可伐集热管3,组成一台加强可伐集热管太阳能集热模块。加强可伐集热管3在一个罩玻璃管4内嵌套布置一个管板吸收体5制成。罩玻璃管1在连接端口处向里翻边形成一个带通孔的封接端面6,封接端面6外侧叠加一片外径为罩玻璃管1外径80%、形状与封接端面6相吻合、中间带有通孔的可伐圆环片7。可伐圆环片7上面叠加一片中间带有通孔的附加玻璃圆环片8。相互叠加的附加玻璃圆环片8、可伐圆环片7与罩玻璃管1的封接端面6用模具压焊密封连接。可伐圆环片7的通孔与管板吸收体5密封连接。

1.加强可伐集热管太阳能集热模块,由联集盒、支架和球面加强可伐集热管组成,其特征是:球面加强可伐集热管在一个罩玻璃管内嵌套布置一个管板吸收体制成,罩玻璃管在连接端口处向里翻边形成一个带通孔的封接端面,带通孔的封接端面外侧叠加一片外径为罩玻璃管外径40%至90%、形状与封接端面相吻合、中间带有通孔的可伐圆环片;可伐圆环片上面叠加一片中间带有通孔的附加玻璃圆环片,附加玻璃圆环片的内径和外径均略大于可伐圆环片的;所述相互叠加的附加玻璃圆环片、可伐圆环片与罩玻璃管的封接端面用模具压焊密封连接;可伐圆环片的通孔与管板吸收体密封连接。
