本实用新型针对现有技术的不足，提供了一种开口炒锅，在煮汤时能防止水蒸气快速地蒸发掉，还解决了倒汤时容易撒落在汤碗外的问题。
本实用新型采用的主要技术方案是：一种开口炒锅，包括炒锅手柄、炒锅本体、炒锅开口，其特征在于：所述炒锅开口的上下面上设有凸起的条状磁铁。
本实用新型还采用如下附属技术方案：
开口炒锅还包括盖板和销轴，所述销轴连接炒锅开口和盖板。
盖板可通过销轴向上或向下翻转。
采用本实用新型带来的有益效果是：在煮汤时防止了水蒸气快速地蒸发掉，在倒汤时还可省力地将汤倒入汤碗中，提高了炒锅的使用价值。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示，在本实施例中，所述开口炒锅，包括炒锅手柄1、炒锅本体2、炒锅开口3，在炒锅开口3的上下面上设有凸起的条状磁铁4，另外还包括盖板5和销轴6，销售6连接炒锅开口3和盖板5，盖板5可通过销轴6向上或向下翻转。当开口炒锅在煮汤时，盖板5向上翻起，炒锅开口3上方的两条磁铁4将盖板5吸住，再盖上圆形锅盖，可以有效防止水蒸气从开口处快速地蒸发掉；在煮完倒汤时，铲子通过微微凸起的磁铁4与炒锅开口3之间的间隙，将盖板5翻转到炒锅开口3的下表面磁铁4上，并牢牢吸住，然后省力地将汤倒入汤碗中。如果在煮汤期间，锅内压力明显增大时，盖板5也可向下翻转减压，避免了锅盖全部打开，水蒸气快速蒸发的后果。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的开口炒锅，其特征在于：所述盖板（5）可通过销轴（6）向上或向下翻转。
