Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种用于两段管道端部快速连接的管道快速接头。本实用新型的管道快速接头包括有一对半圆管状的抱箍体，两个半圆管状的抱箍体两侧通过坚固件相互连接对合为完整的圆管状，在抱箍体的内圆柱面中段开有一个内环槽，内环槽中安置有一个橡胶套，橡胶套内径小于抱箍体内径并且与管道端部直径配合。本实用新型的优点是：1、半圆管状的抱箍体加工方便、成本低；2、在橡胶套的长度范围内两段待连接管道的间距可以任意调节，不仅安装方便，并且省去了伸缩接头，降低了成本。

本实用新型涉及一种用于两段管道端部快速连接的管道快速接头。
背景技术
现有的金属或塑料管道的连接接头通常采用两片式法兰与密封件配合，实现管道端部的快速密封连接，其兰结构加工工序多，制造成本高；当两段管道端部间距变化时还需要采用伸缩接头，不仅安装不便，连接效率低，并且进一步增加了连接接头的成本。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，提供一种能够适应管道端部间距变化，并且结构简单、制造和安装方便、成本低的管道快速接头。
本实用新型的管道快速接头包括有一对半圆管状的抱箍体，两个半圆管状的抱箍体两侧通过坚固件相互连接对合为完整的圆管状，在抱箍体的内圆柱面中段开有一个内环槽，内环槽中安置有一个橡胶套，橡胶套内径小于抱箍体内径并且与管道端部直径配合。
所述抱箍体为塑料材料。
所述抱箍体和管壁上设置有定位螺钉，定位螺钉的尖端穿过抱箍体的管壁并顶在待连接的管道外壁上，以防止管道轴向移动。
本实用新型的优点是：1、半圆管状的抱箍体加工方便、成本低；2、在橡胶套的长度范围内两段待连接管道的间距可以任意调节，不仅安装方便，并且省去了伸缩接头，降低了成本。

如图所示，该管道快速接头包括有一对半圆管状的塑料材料的抱箍体1，两个半圆管状的抱箍体两侧通过坚固件2相互连接对合为完整的圆管状，在抱箍体的内圆柱面中段开有一个内环槽3，内环槽中安置有一个橡胶套4，橡胶套4内径小于抱箍体1内径并且与待连接管道G的端部直径配合。所述抱箍体和管壁上设置有定位螺钉5，定位螺钉的尖端穿过抱箍体1的管壁并顶在待连接的管道G的外壁上，以防止管道轴向移动。

1.一种管道快速接头，其特征是：它包括有一对半圆管状的抱箍体（1），两个半圆管状的抱箍体两侧通过坚固件（2）相互连接对合为完整的圆管状，在抱箍体的内圆柱面中段开有一个内环槽（3），内环槽中安置有一个橡胶套（4），橡胶套（4）内径小于抱箍体（1）内径并且与待连接管道端部直径配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管道快速接头，其特征是：抱箍体（1）为塑料材料。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的管道快速接头，其特征是：所述抱箍体和管壁上设置有定位螺钉（5），定位螺钉的尖端穿过抱箍体（1）的管壁并顶在待连接的管道（G）的外壁上。
