Abstract
一种带天然木纹的重组木家具板，使用造价便宜、环保的速生材木皮为原料，木皮经过干燥，浸胶后干燥成待压木片，使用酚醛树脂或者聚胺酯粘合剂作为胶水。木皮层叠组坯，相邻二层的横向分布的木皮层和纵向分布的木皮层方向相互垂直以胶水粘合，用热压机或冷压机压制固化。固化后，家具板粗成品要平衡养生，然后抛光裁制成最终的尺寸。本实用新型具有天然实木的纹理，使用环保的速生材作为原料，美观，强度大，硬度高，造价便宜。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及装饰材料领域，特别是涉及一种带天然木纹的重组木家具板。
背景技术
传统的家具板多数为人造板，材质主要为胶合板，刨花板，纤维板，还有部分使用竹板。全实木板由于价格昂贵已经很少使用了，即使用到也仅仅是薄板贴面，中间是其他材质的。目前市面上流行的人造板要么强度低，要么甲醛含量超标。竹板则容易起刺，而且价格没有优势。为了解决这个矛盾，如果能开发出带天然木纹的重组木家具板，利用其优秀的强度，硬度，不起刺，而同时有消费者能够接受的外观和材质，加上其相对低廉的价格，将能够完美的解决这个矛盾。
实用新型内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种带天然木纹的重组木家具板，它是由全实重组木做成的，具有天然木纹，造价便宜，原材料为环保的速生材，强度大，硬度高。
本实用新型所采用的技术方案是：使用造价便宜、环保的速生材木皮为原料，木皮经过干燥，浸胶后干燥成待压木片，使用酚醛树脂或者聚胺酯粘合剂作为胶水。木皮层叠组坯，相邻二层的横向分布的木皮层和纵向分布的木皮层方向相互垂直以胶水粘合，用热压机或冷压机压制固化。固化后，家具板粗成品要平衡养生，然后抛光裁制成最终的尺寸。
本实用新型的有益效果是：具有天然实木的纹理，使用环保的速生材作为原料，美观，强度大，硬度高，造价便宜。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型进行详细说明。
如图1所示，本实用新型所述的带天然木纹的重组木家具板，在生产开始阶段将刨切的杨木皮干燥，然后浸渍酚醛树脂。浸完胶后木皮经过干燥后在模具中按照相连的横向分布的木皮层1和纵向分布的木皮层2相互垂直排列组坯。经过热压机压制固化后得到重木板。将平衡后的重组木板修边抛光后得到天然木纹的家具板。

1.一种带天然木纹的重组木家具板，其特征在于：木皮层叠组坯，相邻二层的横向分布的木皮层和纵向分布的木皮层方向相互垂直以胶水粘合。
