Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种塑木复合装饰板，属于家装板材技术领域。
背景技术
目前，家装中使用的塑木复合材料具有防水、防潮、耐腐蚀、以及类似天然木材所具有的加工和铺设特性，已经得到广泛应用，其一般由底板、塑木基板和耐磨层构成。但由于塑木层与耐磨层硬度、收缩度不同，致使装饰板上翘或变形，影响使用；而且色调单一，不能满足个人喜好。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的缺陷，本实用新型旨在提供一种安装方便、美观大方、不易变形且装饰效果好的塑木复合装饰板。
为了实现上述目的，本使用新型采用以下技术方案：它包括：
塑木层，在塑木层底面设置PVC下拉膜，在塑木层上表面依次设置装饰层、PVC透明耐磨层，层与层之间采用防水胶粘接。
所述装饰层为PVC彩色印刷膜。
所诉塑木复合装饰板的两侧设有相互对应的用于插接的凸台或凹槽。
所述PVC下拉膜、装饰层和PVC透明耐磨层均采用热压冷却成型。
与现有技术相比较，本实用新型增加PVC下拉膜，能有效的避免装饰板上翘或变形。

如图1所示：本实用新型包括：
塑木层，在塑木层底面设置PVC下拉膜，在塑木层上表面依次设置装饰层、PVC透明耐磨层，层与层之间采用防水胶粘接。
装饰层为PVC彩色印刷膜，美观大方，成本低。
在塑木复合装饰板的两侧设有相互对应的用于插接的凸台或凹槽等连接部件，便于安装。
PVC下拉膜、装饰层和PVC透明耐磨层均采用热压冷却成型方式制作。
本实用新型采用了以上技术方案，具有安装方便、美观大方、不易变形且装饰效果好等优点。

1.一种塑木复合装饰板，包括塑木层，其特征在于，在塑木层底面设置PVC下拉膜，在塑木层上表面依次设置装饰层、PVC透明耐磨层，层与层之间采用防水胶粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑木复合装饰板，其特征在于：所述装饰层为PVC彩色印刷膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的塑木复合装饰板，其特征在于：所诉塑木复合装饰板的两侧设有相互对应的用于插接的凸台或凹槽。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑木复合装饰板，其特征在于：所述PVC下拉膜、装饰层和PVC透明耐磨层均采用热压冷却成型。
