Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种离心除油吸油烟机，尤其是适用于家庭使用的吸油烟机。包括风机(1)、风机烟道(2)、软管烟道(3)、烟罩烟道(4)、烟罩(5)、侧板(6)、顶板(7)、前板(8)、中隔板(9)、进烟孔(10)、底板(11)、油盒(12)、油孔(13)和后板(14)等。该离心除油吸油烟机使用时，在风机(1)的负压作用下，厨房的油烟通过进烟孔(10)进入烟罩(5)，由于中隔板(9)的阻挡，油烟在转弯的过程中，由于离心力的作用，油烟中的油被甩到底板(11)上，油通过油孔(13)流入油盒(12)内，油烟进入烟罩烟道(4)，通过软管烟道(3)进入风机烟道(2)，油烟被风机(1)吸入后排出。本实用新型的优点在于该离心除油吸油烟机，由于油烟在烟罩内进行了离心分离，减少了油烟中的含油量，有利于环境保护。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种离心除油吸油烟机，尤其是适用于家庭使用的吸油烟机。
背景技术
目前所使用的吸油烟机，一般是风机安装在烟罩内，没有安装除油机构，因而排出的油烟含油量高，不利于环境保护。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于设计一种离心除油吸油烟机，风机外置于烟罩，烟罩内安装有离心除油机构，减少油烟排放的离心除油吸油烟机。
本实用新型包括风机1、风机烟道2、软管烟道3、烟罩烟道4、烟罩5、侧板6、顶板7、前板8、中隔板9、进烟孔10、底板11、油盒12、油孔13和后板14等。风机1与风机烟道2相连，风机烟道2与软管烟道3相连，软管烟道3与烟罩烟道4相连，烟罩烟道4安装在烟罩5的顶部，烟罩5由侧板6、顶板7、底板11、前板8和后板14组成一个箱体，顶板7的中间有圆孔与烟罩烟道4相通，前板8上有进烟孔10，中隔板9安装在烟罩5的内腔里，与前板8平行安装，中隔板9的下部与底板11有一定间距，以便油烟通过，底板11下部有油盒12，底板11上有油孔13，以便烟罩5内的油流到油盒12内。
该离心除油吸油烟机，在风机1的负压作用下，厨房的油烟通过进烟孔10进入烟罩5，由于中隔板9的阻挡，油烟在转弯的过程中，由于离心力的作用，油烟中的油被甩到底板11上，油通过油孔13流入油盒12内，油烟进入烟罩烟道4，通过软管烟道3进入风机烟道2，油烟被风机1吸入后排出。

如图1和图2所示的本实施例，包括风机1、风机烟道2、软管烟道3、烟罩烟道4、烟罩5、侧板6、顶板7、前板8、中隔板9、进烟孔10、底板11、油盒12、油孔13和后板14等。风机1与风机烟道2相连，风机烟道2与软管烟道3相连，软管烟道3与烟罩烟道4相连，烟罩烟道4安装在烟罩5的顶部，烟罩5由侧板6、顶板7、底板11、前板8和后板14组成一个箱体，顶板7的中间有圆孔与烟罩烟道4相通，前板8上有进烟孔10，中隔板9安装在烟罩5的内腔里，与前板8平行安装，中隔板9的下部与底板11有一定间距，以便油烟通过，底板11下部有油盒12，底板11上有油孔13，以便烟罩5内的油流到油盒12内。
