本发明涉及餐食用品技术领域，尤其是涉及一种麻辣专用电火锅。
背景技术
吃火锅是中国人最为喜欢的一种餐食方式，尤其是在冬季食用麻辣火锅，令许多人乐此不疲。但是，食用麻辣火锅时，常面临如下问题：1、夹菜时，菜上会粘附不少辣椒、麻椒等主料，从而需要食用者耐心的将主料和菜分开，极为繁琐。2、火锅锅内不断产生富含油脂的油沫，食用者需不断的清除油沫。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种麻辣专用电火锅，它具有主料不会粘附在菜上，且油沫易于清理的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：麻辣专用电火锅，包括锅体，该锅体下部设有电加热盘，该电加热盘的上部设有金属容器，所述金属容器内滑动设置有不锈钢材料制备的筛网，且该筛网的筛孔的孔径不大于0.5mm，同时，该筛网连接有金属拉绳，该金属拉绳通过滑轮连接有电机。
所述筛网下部固定有配重块。
本发明和现有技术相比所具有的优点是：主料不会粘附在菜上，且油沫易于清理。本发明的麻辣专用电火锅的金属容器中设有筛网，食用火锅前仅需将主料放置于该筛网下部，食用时菜等食物放置在筛网上部，从而主料不会粘附在菜上，极为方便。同时，当油沫较多时，启动电机使筛网上升，即可将油沫捞起在该筛网的上部，从而极易清理。

具体实施方式
实施例，见图1所示：麻辣专用电火锅，包括锅体10，该锅体10下部设有电加热盘11，该电加热盘11的上部设有金属容器12。即，电加热盘11对金属容器12进行加热，食用者即可在该金属容器12中涮火锅。更具体地说，该金属容器12内滑动设置有不锈钢材料制备的筛网20。即，该筛网20能够在该金属容器12内上下位移。而且，该筛网20的筛孔的孔径不大于0.5mm。同时，该筛网20连接有金属拉绳30，该金属拉绳30通过滑轮40连接有电机50。这样，主料放置于该筛网20的下部，避免了菜和主料的粘附。同时，一旦油沫过多，则启动电机50使筛网20上升，即可方便的清理油沫。
优化的，该筛网20下部固定有配重块21。这样，便于该筛网20在金属拉绳30松动时自行向下位移。
电火锅目前已广泛使用，其结构和原理与现有技术相同，这里不再赘述。

1.麻辣专用电火锅，包括锅体（10），该锅体（10）下部设有电加热盘（11），该电加热盘（11）的上部设有金属容器（12），其特征在于：所述金属容器（12）内滑动设置有不锈钢材料制备的筛网（20），且该筛网（20）的筛孔的孔径不大于0.5mm，同时，该筛网（20）连接有金属拉绳（30），该金属拉绳（30）通过滑轮（40）连接有电机（50）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的麻辣专用电火锅，其特征在于：所述筛网（20）下部固定有配重块（21）。
