现有技术的布局结构种类有很多,主要布局如,在直流汇流箱内固定两排直流熔断器,从直流汇流箱下端进线,正负极分别接到上下两排直流熔断器的下端,再从直流熔断器上端出线汇流通过铜排接入断路器;现有技术直流汇流箱内配置的电器元件的布局占用空间大,接线操作繁琐,同时导致内部线缆铜排用量较大,成本增加。

一种光伏防雷直流汇流箱,包括断路器1、汇流铜牌2和直流熔断器3,断路器1与汇流铜牌2连接,汇流铜排2与直流熔断器3连接;在断路器1上连接有防雷器4。
如图所示为16进1出的光伏防雷直流汇流箱内部结构布局,正负极从中间汇流通过汇流铜排2接入断路器1,8路正负极输入线分别从下面一排直流熔断器3下端口接入,另外8路正负极输入线分别从上面一排直流熔断器3上端口接入,接线时操作空间大,接线便捷安全,在中间通过铜带汇流至铜排,结构美观且安全性高。
