背景技术：目前，现有的高速公路管理系统的接收卡只有只能查询车辆的一般信息，没有速度，行驶轨迹等信息功能，且司机人员不能及时查看各种信息等，与管理人员不能及时沟通，造成很多安全隐患无法及时了解与排除，给管理人员带来了极大地工作难度。
发明内容：本实用新型的目的是提供一种在行驶中能同时记录速度、行驶轨迹等信息，且管理人员能同时传递给驾驶人员信息的高速公路管理系统卡。
本实用新型的技术方案是：包括接收卡，其特征是在接收卡正面上设有显示屏，接收卡背面设有吸盘，显示屏内设有记录芯片，接收卡内设有与显示屏相连接的信息发射芯片。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，使用方便，在行驶中能同时记录速度、行驶轨迹等信息，且管理人员能同时传递给驾驶人员信息，减轻了管理人员的工作难度。

具体实施方式：包括接收卡1，其特征是在接收卡1正面上设有显示屏2，接收卡1背面设有吸盘3，显示屏2内设有记录芯片4，接收卡1内设有与显示屏2相连接的信息发射芯片5。在高速公路管理时，将接收卡1通过吸盘3吸附在驾驶室内，记录芯片4将车辆速度、行驶轨迹等信息显示在显示屏2上并通过信息发射芯片5传递给管理人员，如有安全隐患管理人员通过显示屏2及时传递信息即可。
