Abstract
一种桡动脉压迫止血器，属于医疗器械技术领域。由底板、固定带、螺旋手柄、螺杆、椭圆形压板组成。其特征在于底板两端分别连有固定带，底板中间旋接一螺旋手柄，螺旋手柄上面印有刻度表，螺旋手柄里面有螺杆，螺杆下端连接一椭圆形压板，压板上固定一块止血棉垫。其优点是椭圆形压板，能有效压迫穿刺点以及穿刺点以上血管，压迫范围更精确，能有效降低出血、皮下青紫和血肿等并发症的发生。止血棉垫具有一定止血功能，可缩短压迫时间，减轻病人痛苦，同时减少医生操作步骤。该产品结构简单，止血效果好，安全性高，能有效降低并发症的发生。

本实用新型属于医疗器械技术领域，具体的说是一种改进型桡动脉压迫止血器。
背景技术
在现代医疗过程中，心脏介入术多经桡动脉穿刺，医生在进行桡动脉穿刺时，并不是垂直进针，而是要与皮肤呈一定角度穿刺，针尖先进人皮下，再穿刺进人桡动脉，两个穿刺点存在一定的距离，有时最长可相差1cm或以上，而目前，常使用的桡动脉压迫止血器的压板为圆型，主要压迫内穿刺点，即动脉血管穿刺点，无法全部压迫两个穿刺点以及沿穿刺点走向以上的血管，容易引起出血、皮下青紫或形成血肿等。
常规操作中，医生用无菌纱布压迫穿刺点后，再将止血器压迫到穿刺部位，在换手过程中，容易造成压迫位置偏移，无法有效压迫穿刺点，从而引起出血、血肿等并发症的发生。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供了一种改进型桡动脉压迫止血器，该桡动脉压迫止血器的压板为椭圆形，横径为2.5cm，纵径为4.0cm，能有效压迫穿刺点以及沿穿刺点走向以上的血管，压迫桡动脉长度较圆形压板长，压迫范围更精准，止血效果更好。
本实用新型止血器，压板上附有止血棉垫，可以直接压迫穿刺点，减少医生操作步骤，且棉垫比纱布更能与皮肤贴合，而且具有一定的止血功能，可以降低出血风险，缩短压迫止血的时间。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型提供一种椭圆形旋压式桡动脉压迫止血器，由底板1、固定带2、螺旋手柄3、压板5组成，所述底板1两端分别连有固定带2，所述底板1中间旋接所述螺旋手柄3，所述螺旋手柄3上面印有刻度表6，所述螺旋手柄3内设有螺杆（未在图中示出），所述压板5为椭圆形，连接于所述螺杆 的下端，所述压板5上固定一块止血棉垫7。
压板设计为椭圆形。能有效压迫穿刺点以及穿刺点以上血管，压迫范围更长更精确，能有效降低出血、皮下青紫和血肿等并发症的发生。
压板上固定有止血棉垫，在操作时，医生可以用附有止血棉垫的压板直接压迫在穿刺点上，可以减少医生的操作步骤，提高病人术后止血成功率，降低并发症的发生。
优选地，所述压板的椭圆形的横直径为2.5cm，纵直径为4.0cm。这一尺寸在节省材料的基础上有效保证压迫范围更长、更准确，止血效果较好。

1.一种桡动脉压迫止血器，由底板（1）、固定带（2）、螺旋手柄（3）、螺杆（4）、椭圆形压板（5）组成，其特征在于底板（1）两端分别连有固定带（2），底板（1）中间旋接一螺旋手柄（3），螺旋手柄（3）上面印有刻度表（6），螺旋手柄里面有螺杆（4），螺杆（4）下端连接一椭圆形压板（5），压板（5）上固定一块止血棉垫（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的桡动脉压迫止血器，其特征在于椭圆形的压板，横直径为2.5cm，纵直径为4.0cm。
