Abstract

一种倒班仓下料口变频绞笼装置,其特点是由倒班仓、下料管、变频绞笼、原料输送管组成。当原料要进入下一道工序时,打开变频绞笼调速电动机电源,电动机带动变频绞笼转动,原料通过原料输送管进入生产车间。由于电源控制开关安装在生产车间,可根据生产需要随时对变频绞笼调速电动机转速进行调节,准确控制进料量。既可以解决下料口易堵塞、进料不均匀,不利于产量的控制与调节的问题,又可以减少专人值守浪费人力,节约生产成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种倒班仓下料口变频绞笼装置。 
背景技术
在食用油生产过程中,原料通常先经过筛选、除尘、除杂等工序后,再送入倒班仓中贮存待用。当原料要进入下一道工序时,需打开倒班仓下料口阀门。目前,倒班仓下料口阀门要专人值守,人工手动控制,由于倒班仓中贮存的原料多时,压力就大,下料口下料快,反之则下料慢。常常造成下料口堵塞、进料不均匀,不利于产量的控制与调节;且需专人值守,浪费人力。人工手动控制又难与生产同步,满足生产要求。 
发明内容
针对目前倒班仓下料口人工手动控制存在的不足,我发明了一种倒班仓下料口变频绞笼装置,其特点是由倒班仓、下料管、变频绞笼、变频绞笼调速电动机、原料输送管组成;倒班仓(1)下面连接下料管(2),下料管(2)与变频绞笼(3)连接,当原料要进入下一道工序时,打开变频绞笼调速电动机(4)电源,变频绞笼调速电动机(4)带动变频绞笼(3)转动,原料通过原料输送管(5)进入生产车间。由于电源控制开关安装在生产车间,可根据生产需要随时对电动机转速进行调节,准确控制进料量。不需要在倒班仓下料口专人值守,手动控制,减少了人力,降低了生产成本。 
采用此倒班仓下料口变频绞笼装置,既可以解决下料口易堵塞、进料不均匀,不利于产量的控制与调节的问题,又可以减少专人值守浪费人力,节约生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图2所示,当原料要进入下一道工序时,打开变频绞笼调速电动机(4)电源,电动机带动变频绞笼(3)转动,原料通过原料输送管(5)进入生产车间。可根据生产需要自由调节变频绞笼调速电动机(4)的运转速度,控制进料量。由于电源控制开关安装在生产车间,不需要在倒班仓下料口专人值守,手动控制,减少了人力,降低了生产成本。
