本实用新型涉及一种调节垂直度的装置，尤其涉及一种调节数控机床设备工作台与线性滑轨垂直度的装置。
背景技术
目前，数控机床设备的工作台与线性滑轨的垂直精度依靠加工精度来保证，一旦加工精度有偏差，必须对工作台进行返修处理。特别是线性滑轨磨损时，较难修复。这种方式工时长，生产成本高，效率低，装配工艺性差，安全系数低。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种调节垂直度的装置，可调节工作台与线性滑轨的垂直精度，方便装配。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型通过以下技术方案实现：
一种调节垂直度的装置，包括工作台、线性滑轨、顶块、压块、斜楔，线性滑轨与工作台之间设有斜楔，斜楔通过压块固定在工作台下部，工作台侧面与线性滑轨侧面通过顶块锁紧，所述的斜楔的一个侧面为斜面，底部设有螺孔。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
改善了工作台及线性滑轨之间的装配效率及调整性，特别是线性滑轨磨损时，可通过调整斜楔修复，保证了整个设备的整体精度及刚性，便于维修，成本低廉，安装方便。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本实用新型进行详细地描述，但是应该指出本实用新型的实施不限于以下的实施方式。
见图1-图3，一种调节垂直度的装置，包括工作台1、线性滑轨6、顶块5、压块2、斜楔3，线性滑轨6与工作台1之间设有斜楔3，斜楔3通过压块2固定在工作台1下部，工作台1侧面与线性滑轨6侧面通过顶块5锁紧，所述的斜楔3的一个侧面为斜面，底部设有螺孔。
在线性滑轨6和工作台1之间插入斜楔3， 对带有角度的斜楔3进行前后调节，保证斜楔3的安装面与线性滑轨6基准面达到90%接触，如果这种调节无法满足设计要求的垂直精度，则只需对斜楔3斜面进行刮研或研磨即可，从而调节工作台1与线性滑轨6的垂直度精度。斜楔3定位后，用螺钉穿入斜楔3的螺孔并拧紧，安装压块2，并用螺栓二7固定，然后安装顶块5用螺栓一4固定。
本实用新型改善了工作台及线性滑轨之间的装配效率及调整性，特别是线性滑轨磨损时，可通过调整斜楔修复，保证了整个设备的整体精度及刚性，便于维修，成本低廉，安装方便。

1.一种调节垂直度的装置，其特征在于，包括工作台、线性滑轨、顶块、压块、斜楔，线性滑轨与工作台之间设有斜楔，斜楔通过压块固定在工作台下部，工作台侧面与线性滑轨侧面通过顶块锁紧，所述的斜楔的一个侧面为斜面，底部设有螺孔。
