背景技术：
现有的铸造旧砂一般都要经过破碎分选机破碎分选出砂和钢渣，砂再经过除尘处理，回收的砂储存在储砂罐中备用。其不足之处是：除尘后的灰尘有些工厂没有经过严格的净化处理便排放到了空气中，严重污染环境。
实用新型内容：
本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术之不足，而提供一种铸造旧砂回收处理装置，它的灰尘经过严格的净化处理，避免了旧砂回收污染周围环境。
本实用新型的技术解决措施如下：
铸造旧砂回收处理装置，包括给料输送带、破碎分选机、除尘器和提升输送带，经料输送带的出料口置于破碎分选机的上部，破碎分选机的出砂口通接提升输送带的入料口，提升输送带的出料口通接除尘室，除尘室的出尘口通接除尘房，除尘房的出气口通接水帘除尘装置，除尘器的出风口通接除尘室，除尘室通过负压管道通接储砂罐。
所述除尘房为房内固定有若干个布袋的除尘房，水帘除尘装置为工业上普遍采用的让气体通过水帘的水帘除尘装置。
本实用新型的有益效果在于：
它的灰尘经过严格的净化处理，避免了旧砂回收污染周围环境。

实施例：见图1所示，铸造旧砂回收处理装置，包括给料输送带1、破碎分选机2、除尘器3和提升输送带4，经料输送带1的出料口置于破碎分选机2的上部，破碎分选机2的出砂口通接提升输送带4的入料口，提升输送带4的出料口通接除尘室5，除尘室5的出尘口通接除尘房6，除尘房6的出气口通接水帘除尘装置7，除尘器3的出风口通接除尘室5，除尘室5通过负压管道8通接储砂罐9。
所述除尘房6为房内固定有若干个布袋的除尘房，水帘除尘装置7为工业上普遍采用的让气体通过水帘的水帘除尘装置。
工作原理：旧砂经过给料输送带1送到破碎分选机2的上部，个砂落入破碎分选机2的入料口，经过破碎分选机2破碎后分选出砂和金属渣，分选出来的砂经过提升输送带4送到除尘室5，除尘室5中的灰尘进入除尘房6经过除尘房中的布袋过滤后，气体进入水帘除尘装置净化。铸造旧砂中添加有一些粘合剂，在旧砂回收时，这些添加剂会产生部有有害气体，经过水帘除尘装置7后，细小的灰尘和有害气体再次被净化，从而大大减小了旧砂回收时排放物对周围环境的污染。除尘室5中的砂通过负压管道8吸入储砂罐9中保存备用。

1. 铸造旧砂回收处理装置，包括给料输送带（1）、破碎分选机（2）、除尘器（3）和提升输送带（4），其特征在于：经料输送带（1）的出料口置于破碎分选机（2）的上部，破碎分选机（2）的出砂口通接提升输送带（4）的入料口，提升输送带（4）的出料口通接除尘室（5），除尘室（5）的出尘口通接除尘房（6），除尘房（6）的出气口通接水帘除尘装置（7），除尘器（3）的出风口通接除尘室（5），除尘室（5）通过负压管道（8）通接储砂罐（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铸造旧砂回收处理装置，其特征在于：除尘房（6）为房内固定有若干个布袋的除尘房，水帘除尘装置（7）为工业上普遍采用的让气体通过水帘的水帘除尘装置。
