本实用新型提供了一种彩钢复合机折边装置，包括基座及固定于基座两端的辊轮，其特征在于：所述基座进料端两侧各设有一钢板折钩，所述钢板折钩为L形，利用紧固螺栓固定于基座上。与现有技术相比，本实用新型在生产中利用钢板折钩，使进入彩钢复合机折边装置的钢板形成一直角折边，便于在后续辊轮折边过程中C形钢带的插入，可减低辊轮的调节难度，在生产带有C形钢带的复合插口式岩棉彩钢复合板时使用方便，可大大提高彩钢复合机的生产效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及彩钢板生产机械技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于生产复合插口式岩棉彩钢复合板的彩钢复合机折边装置。
背景技术
复合插口式岩棉彩钢复合板，如图1所示，该板型两端面包含C形钢带，图1中10为C形钢带。现有的彩钢复合机在生产复合插口式岩棉彩钢复合板时，都是采用四套成对的滚轮碾压成型，由于该板型两端面还需包上C形钢带，复合机折边装置在包C形钢带时，靠人工调整，技术难度较大，效率低。
鉴于此，有必要提供一种新的彩钢复合机折边装置来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种新的彩钢复合机折边装置，其降低了彩钢复合机折边装置的调节难度，折边成形效果好，大大提高了彩钢复合机的工作效率。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种彩钢复合机折边装置，包括基座及固定于基座两端的辊轮，其特征在于:所述基座进料端两侧各设有一钢板折钩。
作为本技术方案的进一步改进，所述钢板折钩为L形，利用紧固螺栓固定于基座上。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型彩钢复合机折边装置利用钢板折钩可减低辊轮的调节难度，在生产带有C形钢带的复合插口式岩棉彩钢复合板时使用方便，可大大提高彩钢复合机的生产效率，且结构较为简单。

具体实施方式
请参阅图2至图3所示，本实用新型提供一种彩钢复合机折边装置，包括基座1及固定于基座两端的辊轮2，所述基座进料端两侧各设有一钢板折钩3。所述钢板折钩为L形，利用紧固螺栓4固定于基座上。
在使用中，当钢板进入彩钢复合机折边装置时，利用钢板折钩3使进入的钢板形成一直角折边，便于在后续辊轮折边过程中C形钢带的插入，可减低辊轮的调节难度，在生产带有C形钢带的复合插口式岩棉彩钢复合板时使用方便，可大大提高彩钢复合机的生产效率。
