Abstract

本实用新型有关一种管体快拆接头结构,当欲将管体连结到连接管时,将管体的前段插入到连接管内,并利用前段的凸环部将连接管处的滚珠推抵到前段的凹环部中进行初步固定,再利用管体的外螺纹段相对套管的内螺纹部进行螺转入套管内,使外螺纹段顶抵在套管邻近内螺纹部的一端内,进行第二阶段的固定;藉由两阶段的固定,以避免产生容易因较大外力,而将管体扯出导致漏油的问题及骑乘的危险性。

技术领域
本实用新型有关于一种自行车装置的应用领域,特别是指一种自行车的管体快拆接头结构。
背景技术
按,近期自行车刹车统发展的趋势,已渐趋向将向来曝露于车身架管的刹车缆线(不论钢索或油管),改以隐藏式地置设于车身架管内部,除了美观考虑外,更对缆线的保护有进一步的实用效益。是以,本实用新型特别针对油压式刹车器的油管提供一种快速且具安全性的结构设计。而,一般自行车的油压式刹车的油管快拆结构,利用油管头部推抵滚珠以直接进行快拆式的固定,但是,因为油管头部与滚珠之间的作用力较小,又无进一步的防松脱安全保护装置,因此极容易因为较大外力对油管的拉扯,而导致将整个油管被拉扯出,造成漏油,进而失去刹车作用,造成骑乘的危险性大增。
相似的,在其他管体连接的部分同样会产生上述容易因为较大外力对管体的拉扯,而导致将整个管体被拉扯出,造成骑乘的危险性大增的问题。
实用新型内容
因此,本实用新型的目的在于解决上述问题而提供一种利用两阶段固定以避免因较大外力而拉扯出管体导致漏油的问题与骑乘危险性的管体快拆接头结构。
为达上述目的,本实用新型提供一种管体快拆接头结构,包括:
一连接管,其一端连接一预定处,另一端的内表面可转动地嵌设一滚珠,且嵌设有该滚珠的一端外侧套设有一弹性组件;
一套管,套设在该弹性组件外并可移动地固定在该连接管外侧,且该弹性组件的一端顶抵在该套管内表面,另一端顶抵在该连接管外表面,该套管远离该连接管的一端具有一内螺纹部;以及
一管体,具有一前段、一外螺纹段以及一管身段,该外螺纹段的两端分别连通该前段及该管身段,该前段穿设入该连接管内,且该前段邻近该外螺纹段具有一凹环部,该前段远离该外螺纹段并紧邻该凹环部具有一凸环部,该凹环部可供该滚珠容纳,该凸环部可推抵该滚珠,该外螺纹段相对应该内螺纹部可拆卸地设置,该管身段暴露在该套管外侧。
其中,该套管邻近该管体的一端开设有一观测窗。
其中,该弹性组件为一压缩弹簧。
其中,该前段远离该外螺纹段的一端套设有一密封环。
其中,该密封环为一O型环。
其中,该预定处为一刹车油压缸或一碟刹。
本实用新型的有益效果:藉由上述结构,利用两阶段的固定,以避免产生现有技术所发生的容易因较大外力,而将如刹车套管的管体拉扯出来导致漏油的问题及管体扯出导致骑乘的危险性。

具体实施方式
请参考图1至图6,本实用新型的管体快拆接头结构1包括一连接管2、一套管3以及一管体4。
本实施例中的连接管2的一端连接一刹车油压缸5,另一端的内表面可转动地嵌设一滚珠6,且连接管2嵌设有滚珠6的一端外侧套设有一弹性组件7,弹性组件7可为一压缩弹簧,但并不以此为限。
套管3套设在弹性组件7外并可移动地固定在连接管2外侧,且弹性组件7的一端顶抵在套管3内表面,另一端顶抵在连接管2外表面,套管3远离连接管2的一端具有一内螺纹部31。
而套管3邻近管体4的一端开设有一观测窗32,可供使用者观测管体4在快拆连接时的状况。
本实施例的管体4为一油管,其具有一前段41、一外螺纹段42以及一管身段43,外螺纹段42的两端分别连通前段41及管身段43,前段41穿设入连接管2内,且前段41邻近外螺纹段42具有一凹环部44,前段41远离外螺纹段42并紧邻凹环部44具有一凸环部45,凹环部44可供滚珠6容纳,凸环部45可推抵滚珠6,外螺纹段42相对应内螺纹部31可拆卸地固定设置,管身段43暴露在套管3外侧。
而且,前段41远离外螺纹段42的一端套设有一密封环46,例如O型环或V型环,用以密封油路。
当欲将管体4拆离连接管2及套管3时,相对内螺纹部31而转动外螺纹段42,使外螺纹段42拆离内螺纹段31,且利用凸环部45将滚珠6从凹环部44中推抵出以拉出管体4。
当欲将管体4连结到连接管2时,将前段41插入到连接管2内,并利用凸环部45将滚珠6推抵到凹环部44中进行初步固定,再利用外螺纹段42相对套管3的内螺纹部31进行螺转入套管3内,使外螺纹段42顶抵在套管3邻近内螺纹部31的一端内,进行第二阶段的固定。
藉由上述两阶段的固定,以避免产生现有技术所发生的容易因较大外力,而将管体扯出导致漏油的问题及骑乘的危险性。

本实施例与前述第一实施例所述的管体快拆接头结构1大致相同,其差异在于本实施例的连接管2的一端直接地连接一碟刹8,另一端的内表面为可转动地嵌设滚珠6的一端,详而言之,连接管2连接碟刹8的一端凸伸有一螺柱21,透过螺柱21直接地螺固在碟刹8的螺孔81(垂直轴向)中;且本实施例的管体4为一刹车套管;因此藉由上述两阶段的固定,以避免产生习知技术所发生的容易因较大外力,而将如刹车套管的管体扯出导致骑乘的危险性。
相似的,请参考图9及图10,其中,图9表示本实用新型管体快拆接头结构结合于碟刹的一第三实施例的分解示意图,以及图10表示本实用新型管体快拆接头结构结合于碟刹的第三实施例的分解示意图。
本实施例与前述第二实施例所述的管体快拆接头结构1大致相同,其差异在于本实施例的连接管2的一端间接地连接碟刹8,另一端的内表面为可转动地嵌设滚珠6的一端,详而言之,连接管2连接碟刹8的一端凸有一螺环22,进而透过一螺栓B同时穿经螺环22及碟刹8的螺孔82(水平轴向),以将螺环22及碟刹8的螺孔82可拆卸地结合固定。
且本实施例的管体4为一刹车套管;因此藉由上述两阶段的固定,以避免产生现有技术所发生的容易因较大外力,而将如刹车套管的管体扯出导致骑乘的危险性。
以上所述实施例的揭示用以说明本实用新型,并非用以限制本实用新型,故举凡数值的变更或等效组件的置换仍应隶属本实用新型的范畴。

Claims (6)

1.一种管体快拆接头结构,其特征在于,包括:
一连接管,其一端连接一预定处,另一端的内表面可转动地嵌设一滚珠,且嵌设有该滚珠的一端外侧套设有一弹性组件;
一套管,套设在该弹性组件外并可移动地固定在该连接管外侧,且该弹性组件的一端顶抵在该套管内表面,另一端顶抵在该连接管外表面,该套管远离该连接管的一端具有一内螺纹部;以及
一管体,具有一前段、一外螺纹段以及一管身段,该外螺纹段的两端分别连通该前段及该管身段,该前段穿设入该连接管内,且该前段邻近该外螺纹段具有一凹环部,该前段远离该外螺纹段并紧邻该凹环部具有一凸环部,该凹环部可供该滚珠容纳,该凸环部可推抵该滚珠,该外螺纹段相对应该内螺纹部可拆卸地设置,该管身段暴露在该套管外侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管体快拆接头结构,其特征在于,该套管邻近该管体的一端开设有一观测窗。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管体快拆接头结构,其特征在于,该弹性组件为一压缩弹簧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的管体快拆接头结构,其特征在于,该前段远离该外螺纹段的一端套设有一密封环。
5.根据权利要求4所述的管体快拆接头结构,其特征在于,该密封环为一O型环。
6.根据权利要求1所述的管体快拆接头结构,其特征在于,该预定处为一刹车油压缸或一碟刹。
