电源线处于强磁场中,电流切割磁场会产生强大的作用力,目前市场上的一般为一般两芯结构的电源线为非对称结构,产生的作用力会叠加,长时间运行容易导致电源线与连接端子脱离,甚至电源线断裂。

本实用新型旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种强磁场用电源线,具备了强磁场中电能的传输要求。

如图1所示:一种强磁场用电源线,它包括外部包有绝缘2的负极绞合铜导体1,绝缘2外部依次设有正极导体3和护套4;所述绝缘2为PVC绝缘,起到电气绝缘作用;所述护套4为PVC护套;所述负极绞合铜导体1和正极导体3为符合GB/T3956的第5种导体,所述正极导体3均匀分布在负极绞合铜导体的周围,与负极绞合铜导体组成了同轴结构,正负两极切割磁力线产生磁力可以相互抵消,降低电缆切割磁力线产生的作用力,提高了电缆的安全性。
