背景技术
在日常生活中，枕头是必要的床上用品。一般来说，成年人要保证身体健康能有足够的精力工作，每天都要休息7个小时；而青少年处于生长发育阶段，需要休息的时间更长了。因此，我们一生中睡眠、休息时间是占了很大的一个比例。以前我们所使用的枕头大多是中间高两头低，长方形的；如果我们休息时使用枕头不当，很容易给我们的健康造成影响，常规的枕头仰卧时未充分托扶颈部，侧卧时未充分托扶头部重量，均不符合人体正常生理曲线。由于枕头伴随我们的时间颇多，且直接接触我们的颈部、肩部，可以直接影响着接触部位的血液循环，加上现在生活节奏快、生活压力大，颈椎病突出。所以选用一个舒适、能缓解颈椎压力的枕头越来越受到大家的关注。

本实用新型针对现有技术的问题，提出了一种符合人体生理曲线、舒适、有效保护颈椎等部位的保健枕头。
本实用新型的技术方案如下：一种保健枕头，包括外枕芯（1）和内枕芯（2）,其关键在于：所述外枕芯（1）中部窄两端宽，所述外枕芯（1）中部和两端之间通过圆弧形过度。中部位置为仰卧用区域，设计较窄可以有效的托扶住枕下颈部，枕头上沿与枕骨接触，使头部自然下垂，产生适度牵引力，对颈椎变形有矫正功能；两端设计较宽，中间位置向两端采用圆弧形过度，可以让在侧卧时完全的托扶住整个头部。这样可以恢复人体正常的生理曲线，让头部、颈椎及整个身体可以完全放松，可有效预防颈椎病的发生。
所述内枕芯（2）为长条状置于外枕芯（1）中间位置，增加保健枕头的硬度，提高舒适感。所述内枕芯（2）填充物为中药材，外枕芯（1）采用富有弹性材料填充，使保健枕头具有更多保健功能。
保健枕头整体最优尺寸为：所述外枕芯（1）两端长为9-11cm、中部长为14-16cm、中部与两端之间的水平距离为5.5-7.5cm，该外枕芯（1）中部宽为18-20cm、两端宽为23-25cm。

如图1所示，一种保健枕头，主要由外枕芯1和内枕芯2组成，所述外枕芯1中部窄两端宽，所述外枕芯1中部和两端之间通过圆弧形过度，内枕芯2为长条状置于外枕芯1内部中间位置，内枕芯2中填充有中药材，以增加保健枕头的硬度，外枕芯1采用富有弹性材料填充，主要用于保持保健枕头的整体形状。保健枕头整体尺寸为：外枕芯1两端长为10cm、中部长为15cm、中部与两端之间的水平距离为6.5cm，该外枕芯1中部宽为19cm、两端宽为24cm。
