Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种LED工艺装饰发光玻璃，包括玻璃，在玻璃背面设有透明导电层，在透明导电层上分布有发光二极管，每个发光二极管上设有一层保护膜，在导电层外层还设有一层保护膜。本实用新型采用单层玻璃，透视性好，安全美观，实用性强，生产成本大幅降低，易于批量生产，制作工艺简单，可以制作出多种不同图案造型，不同发光颜色的LED玻璃工艺装饰品，经推广，可广泛适用于家装、环境装饰等领域。

本实用新型涉及一种玻璃，特别是涉及一种以LED为光源的发光玻璃，是用于环境装饰或家饰的光电产品。
背景技术：
玻璃由于其透明、强度及硬度高和不透气等特性，被广泛应用于建筑幕墙及室外装饰，发光二极管作为装饰光源，通过串接组合，能闪烁或持续发光，具有很好的视觉效果，所以通常将玻璃与发光二极管结合做成具有一定装饰性的光电产品，现有技术中的发光玻璃分为中空发光玻璃和夹胶发光玻璃，工作原理为在双层玻璃夹层中根据不同需求设有相应导电层，在导电层上布有一定图案的发光二极管，其中中空发光玻璃使用时容易进水气，容易氧化夹层中的线路，使用寿命短，故障率大，而夹胶发光玻璃，生产工艺复杂，成本高，目前市场价位为10000元/㎡左右，价格昂贵，市场占有率不高，而且双层玻璃比较厚，透视性不是很好，尤其是在无框工艺品上影响视觉效果，看起来不美观。

本实用新型的目的就是针对现有技术中存在的问题和不足提供一种新型的发光玻璃。
技术方案：一种LED工艺装饰发光玻璃，包括玻璃，在玻璃背面设有透明导电层，在透明导电层上分布有发光二极管，每个发光二极管上设有一层保护膜，在导电层外层还设有一层保护膜。
优选的，玻璃为钢化玻璃。
优选的，导电层的保护膜为透明保护膜。
优选的，导电层的保护膜为带有图案的有色保护膜。
作为技术方案的进一步优选，发光二极管的保护膜为流体透明保护膜。
本实用新型的有益效果：本实用新型采用单层玻璃，透视性好，安全美观，且导电层为透明材质，通电后，发光玻璃视觉效果后，不容易看到导电层，而且实用性强，生产成本大幅降低，易于批量生产，制作工艺简单，可以制作出多种不同图案造型、不同发光颜色的LED玻璃工艺装饰品，经推广，可广泛适用于家装、环境装饰等领域。

下面结合具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
实施例1：参见图1，图2，图3，一种LED工艺装饰发光玻璃，包括玻璃1，所述玻璃1为钢化玻璃，在玻璃1背面设有透明导电层2，在透明导电层2上按图案分布有若干发光二极管3，透明导电层2将各发光二极管电极连接成电子回路，与电源接通后形成具有一定发光色彩的图案，每个发光二极管3上滴灌有透明环氧树脂，将发光二极管3包裹在玻璃上，形成一层流体透明保护膜，在导电层外层还设有一层透明保护膜5，以防止使用时导电层被氧化，造成电路故障。
实施例2：参见图1，图2，图3，另一种LED工艺装饰发光玻璃，内容与实施例1基本相同，相同部分内容不再重复，与实施例1不同的是：本实施例中导电层的保护膜5为带有图案的有色保护膜。
本实用新型的发光玻璃可根据不同的导电层线路将LED灯设计成不同图案，并不仅限于以上实施例所公开的图案，采用单层玻璃，在玻璃背面将LED灯设计成其他图案形式的技术方案均属于本实用新型保护范围。

1.一种LED工艺装饰发光玻璃，包括玻璃(1)，其特征是：在玻璃（1）背面设有透明导电层（2），在透明导电层（2）上分布有发光二极管（3），每个发光二极管（3）上设有一层保护膜（4），在导电层外层还设有一层保护膜（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的LED工艺装饰发光玻璃，其特征是：玻璃(1)为钢化玻璃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的LED工艺装饰发光玻璃，其特征是：导电层的保护膜（5）为透明保护膜。
4.根据权利要求2所述的LED工艺装饰发光玻璃，其特征是：导电层的保护膜（5）为带有图案的有色保护膜。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的LED工艺装饰发光玻璃，其特征是：发光二极管的保护膜（4）为流体透明保护膜。
