本实用新型是由固定支架、旋转架、减速机、四只气缸构成，旋转架通过轴铰接在固定支架上，旋转架的尾部固定有配重，减速机的输出轴与轴联接，四只气缸设置在旋转架的两侧，固定支架的侧边设置有光栅，光栅与控制系统连接；固定支架上设有光电开关，光电开关用于搪塑模具的识别，方便搪塑模具在整个系统运行过程中的工艺更改和跟踪。
本实用新型的有益效果：
1、本实用新型没设置安全门，有利于搪塑表皮有毒气味的排放，不会影响操作者的身体健康；本实用新型免去了安全门的开关时间，提高了生产效率。
2、采用光栅进行无死角保护，当旋转架在工作状态下如果有人进入，设备会自动停机。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1、图2和图3所示，本实施例是由固定支架1、旋转架2、减速机3、四只气缸4构成，旋转架2通过轴5铰接在固定支架1上，旋转架2的尾部固定有配重6，减速机3的输出轴与轴5联接，四只气缸4设置在旋转架2的两侧，固定支架1的侧边设置有光栅7，光栅7与控制系统连接；固定支架1上设有光电开关8，光电开关8用于搪塑模具的识别，方便搪塑模具在整个系统运行过程中的工艺更改和跟踪。所述的控制系统是现有技术，在此不再具体描述。
本实用新型的工作过程是：
旋转架2在固定支架1进行90°旋转，旋转架2的水平位置时初始位置，搪塑模具放在旋转架2上，搪塑模具的锁紧机构将搪塑模具锁紧后，旋转架2的被水平锁紧，旋转架2带动搪塑模具进行90°旋转，到达垂直位置后，旋转架2被锁紧，操作者进入取件区域将搪塑表皮取下。
