本实用新型是这样实现的，新型防遮影笔，它有笔杆外筒，笔杆外筒内有笔芯筒，笔杆外筒下端螺纹连接有锥形筒，笔芯筒内有笔芯，在笔杆外筒内侧的上部有钮扣电池，弹簧安装在钮扣电池与笔芯筒之间，一根导线经弹簧与钮扣电池电连接在一起、另一根导线直接与钮扣电池电连接在一起，其中的一根导线经开关与锥形筒外面的灯泡电连接在一起，另一根导线直接与灯泡电连接在一起。
所述的笔杆外筒为双层式结构。
采用上述结构的防遮影笔，当在光线比较暗或者灯光的阴影位置使用时，可将灯泡点亮，起到照明作用，提高了书写质量，保护了书写者的视力，且结构合理，使用方便。

如附图所示，本实用新型之新型防遮影笔，它有笔杆外筒6，笔杆外筒内有笔芯筒4，笔杆外筒下端螺纹连接有锥形筒8，笔芯筒内有笔芯5，在笔杆外筒内侧的上部有钮扣电池1，弹簧2安装在钮扣电池与笔芯筒之间，一根导线3经弹簧与钮扣电池电连接在一起、另一根导线直接与钮扣电池电连接在一起，其中的一根导线经开关7与锥形筒外面的灯泡9电连接在一起，另一根导线直接与灯泡电连接在一起。
所述的开关可以是推板式开关，其结构与现有的手电筒上的推板式开关结构相同，不再详述。所述的灯泡可以是发光二极管。经开关7与锥形筒外面的灯泡电连接在一起的那根导线通常接在钮扣电池的正极上。
所述的笔杆外筒6为双层式结构。

1.新型防遮影笔，其特征在于，它有笔杆外筒（6），笔杆外筒内有笔芯筒（4），笔杆外筒下端螺纹连接有锥形筒（8），笔芯筒内有笔芯（5），在笔杆外筒内侧的上部有钮扣电池（1），弹簧（2）安装在钮扣电池与笔芯筒之间，一根导线（3）经弹簧与钮扣电池电连接在一起、另一根导线直接与钮扣电池电连接在一起，其中的一根导线经开关（7）与锥形筒外面的灯泡（9）电连接在一起，另一根导线直接与灯泡电连接在一起。
