本实用新型解决所述技术问题的方案是：一种新型插座，包括插座盖板，插座盖板上设有插孔，所述插座盖板上还设有向下凹陷的导向滑槽，插头插芯可沿着导向滑槽插入到插孔内。
作为一种实施方式，所述插孔为由零线插孔与火线插孔组成的扁孔二头插孔，导向滑槽沿着零线插孔与火线插孔的顶端和底端水平开设。
作为另一种实施方式，所述插孔为由零线插孔、火线插孔、地线插孔组成的扁孔三头型插孔，导向滑槽沿着地线插孔竖直开设。
作为再一种实施方式，所述插孔为由零线插孔、火线插孔、地线插孔组成万用孔三头型插孔，导向滑槽由水平导向滑槽与竖直导向滑槽组成，水平导向滑槽沿着零线插孔与火线插孔的顶端和底端水平开设，竖直导向滑槽沿着地线插孔竖直开设。
本实用新型的有益效果是：插座盖板上设有导向滑槽，插头插芯可沿着导向滑槽对插孔的位置进行快速、准确定位，通过导向滑槽的导向，缩短寻找插孔位置所花费的时间，本实用新型不仅能够方便插座插芯准确、快速将插入到插孔中，且结构简单、设计新颖、功能实用。
