本实用新型公开了一种中压(8.7/10kV)变频电力电缆,包括三根导体,三根导体为多根铜线经绞合紧压成圆形紧压铜导体,三根导体外依次包覆有导体屏蔽层、交联聚乙烯绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、金属屏蔽层、隔离层,包覆隔离层后的三根绝缘线芯截面呈品字形设置构成缆芯,缆芯外包覆有防护层,防护层由内到外依次设有静电屏蔽层、低烟无卤阻燃内护套、镀锌钢丝编织构成的铠装层和低烟无卤阻燃外护套层。本实用新型结构设计合理,通过防护层的特殊结构设计,有效地解决了中压(8.7/10kV)变频电机或变频器的主回路电力电缆在传输电能时产生的方波和高次谐波不外泄得的问题。

背景技术:
随着工业用电负荷增大和大型工矿企业自动化程度不断提高,低碳环保、节能降耗成为主旋律的今天,大功率变频器和变频电机以及各种精密仪器的大量使用,连接变频器或变频电机的主回路电力电缆在传输电能的过程中产生方波和高次谐波,从而影响其它精密仪器正常工作。
为了避免方波和高次谐波对其它精密仪器的影响,就要求电力电缆在传输电能时产生的方波和高次谐波不能外泄,传统的电力电缆无法做到这一点。
实用新型内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种中压(8.7/10kV)变频电力电缆,结构设计合理,有效地解决了中压变频电机或变频器的主回路电力电缆在传输电能时产生的方波和高次谐波不外泄得的问题。

所述的中压(8.7/10kV)变频电力电缆,包括三根导体,其特征在于:所述的三根导体为多根铜线经绞合紧压成圆形紧压铜导体,三根导体外依次包覆有导体屏蔽层、交联聚乙烯绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、金属屏蔽层、隔离层,包覆隔离层后的三根绝缘线芯截面呈品字形设置构成缆芯,缆芯外包覆有防护层,防护层由内到外依次设有静电屏蔽层、低烟无卤阻燃内护套、镀锌钢丝缠绕铠装层和低烟无卤阻燃外护套层。
所述的中压(8.7/10kV)变频电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的金属屏蔽层采用铜丝缠绕构成。
本实用新型的优点是:
1、将金属屏蔽层改为铜丝缠绕屏蔽结构,并可以根据电缆的故障电流确定缠绕铜丝的截面积,既能满足高压电缆均匀电场和接地要求,又能起静电屏蔽作用,使电缆在变频供电工程中电场不外泄以改善供电品质。
2、在铜丝缠绕屏蔽外增设一层隔离层,使起静电屏蔽作用时相互不影响,结构更稳定。
3、在缆芯外设置静电屏蔽层,使电缆在变频供电工程中电场不外泄。
4、在缆芯的低烟无卤内护套外设置一层镀锌钢丝缠绕铠装层,既满足中压电缆的铠装的需要,又能起静磁屏蔽作用,使电缆在变频供电工程中磁场不外泄,使变频器或变频电机在工作时产生的方波和高次谐波控制在电缆内部,减少对外部精密仪器的影响。

中压(8.7/10kV)变频电力电缆,包括三根导体1,三根导体1为多根铜线经绞合紧压成圆形紧压铜导体,三根导体1外依次包覆有导体屏蔽层2、交联聚乙烯绝缘层3、绝缘屏蔽层4、金属屏蔽层5、隔离层6,包覆隔离层6后的三根绝缘线芯截面呈品字形设置构成缆芯,缆芯外包覆有防护层,防护层由内到外依次设有静电屏蔽层7、低烟无卤阻燃内护套层8、镀锌钢丝缠绕铠装层9和低烟无卤阻燃外护套层10。
金属屏蔽层5采用铜丝缠绕屏蔽,并曾设隔离层6使起静电屏蔽作用时相互不影响,结构更稳定;缆芯外设有静电屏蔽层7,使电缆在变频供电工程中电场不外泄。缆芯外镀锌钢丝缠绕铠装层9构成静电屏蔽层和铠装层,既满足中压电缆的铠装的需要,又能起静磁屏蔽作用,使电缆在变频供电工程中磁场不外泄。

1.一种中压(8.7/10kV)变频电力电缆,包括三根导体,其特征在于:所述的三根导体为多根铜线经绞合紧压成圆形紧压铜导体,三根导体外依次包覆有导体屏蔽层、交联聚乙烯绝缘层、绝缘屏蔽层、金属屏蔽层、隔离层,包覆隔离层后的三根绝缘线芯截面呈品字形设置构成缆芯,缆芯外包覆有防护层,防护层由内到外依次设有静电屏蔽层、低烟无卤阻燃内护套、镀锌钢丝缠绕铠装层和低烟无卤阻燃外护套层。
