背景技术
本实用新型是在特种软电源电缆产品基础上拓展,特种软电源电缆在高低温、柔软等方面具有一定局限性,而本实用新型在此方面有重大改进。该实用新型的规格截面为(0.5-4.0)mm2;芯数(2-37)芯。该实用新型产品在成本上偏高。
发明内容
本实用新型提出的是一种耐高低温高柔性线缆的导体为镀锡铜丝、绝缘为改良氟塑料、护套为高强度硅橡胶具有电性能优越,耐高低温,柔软的特性。
本实用新型的技术解决方案:其结构包括导体,绝缘层,护套,其中由束丝机将直径0.12mm的镀锡铜丝正规绞合的导体的外围是用高温挤出机挤出的氟塑料绝缘层2,氟塑料绝缘层的外围是用成缆机将绝缘线芯绞合的并用护套机挤出的硅橡胶护套。
