Abstract
滤过式灭菌器，它是一种上水灭菌工具，它是由一个进水和出水接头的中间有空腔的筒体、填充在筒体空腔内的碘—树脂和防止碘—树脂漏出的滤过网构成的，流经碘—树脂的水在接触时间超过2秒的情况下，水中的水即被全部灭死，成为无菌水。该灭菌器可作为自来水、井水、河水的灭菌，使用方便，价格低廉。
Description
本实用新型涉及水处理，尤其涉及上水灭菌。
目前，自来水一般采用漂白粉（次氯酸盐）灭菌，国标规定每升自来水中菌数不得超过2个，但事实上自来水中的菌数往往超标，直接用作冷饮或外术手术前刷手或冲洗是存在危险的。当然，直接饮用河水或井水的危险就更大了。煮沸灭菌虽然可靠，但成本过高。
本实用新型旨在提供一种可用于自来水、河水或井水的滤过式灭菌器，杀灭流经灭菌器的水中细菌和病毒，确保水的含菌量低于国标甚至完全无菌。
本实用新型是这样实现上述目的的：
本灭菌器是由一个有进水和出水接头的筒体有空腔的筒体或球体填充筒体在空腔内的粒状、片状或者柱状的碘树脂以及防止碘－树脂漏出的滤过层或者滤过网构成的。由于碘－树脂在潮湿状态下具有强烈的灭菌作用，流经水与碘－树脂的接触时间超过2秒，菌即被全部杀灭，从而实现了杀灭水中细菌的目的。
实施例与效果：
本人分别做了一个无隔板的和一个如图1所示的有四个隔板的筒形滤过式灭菌器，分别通入带菌水，从流出端取样培养，事实证明，在小流量的条件下，从流出端的水取样培养，二者均为阴性。而在水与碘－树脂接触时间为0.1～1.5秒时，流经无隔板的灭菌器的水中有细菌1个／升，而流经有隔板的灭菌器的水仍为阴性，后者效果好。

1、一种滤过式灭菌器，其特征在于：它是由一个有进水和出水接头的中间有空腔的筒体或球体，填充在筒体空腔内的粒状、片状或柱状的碘-树脂以及防止碘-树脂漏出的滤过层或者滤过网构成的。
2、根据权利要求1所述的滤过式灭菌器，其特征在于：所述的空腔筒体中最好设置隔板。
