一种直喷式生物质燃气炉具的构造，包括灶体、燃烧器，所述燃烧器由炉座、内火盖、外火盖构成，在炉座的下部设有正对内火盖的垂直气道，在垂直气道的上部设有通向外火盖的横向气道，在炉座的下方设有呈横向布置的过滤管，所述过滤管上设有生物质气的进气口及排油口，所述过滤管的上端与炉座相套接。由于采用了在炉座的下部设置的垂直气道及在炉座座体内设置的横向气道的结构，使气体以较短的距离直接作用于内、外火盖，而在炉座下方设置的过滤管，不仅可起到储气、稳定气源及增压的作用，而且可使燃烧后的焦油存于其内，并定期由排油口排出，有效防止了因焦油堵塞气路而导致的质量问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种燃气灶具，特别是一种直喷式生物质燃气炉具的构造。
背景技术
生物质气化燃气是将木质材料、秸秆、谷壳等可燃物经气化处理产生的燃气，这种既节能又清洁且环保的用具尤其在广大城镇、乡村得到了越来越广泛的应用，但在应用、使用的同时，我们也发现在现阶段的产品中普遍存在着的问题是，其一是由于各类生物质产生的气体未经任何工序处理，其燃气含有的杂质较多，采用现有的炉具经很短的时间使用，便会因炉体内燃后沉淀的质污太多而影响使用，其二是由生物质气化产生的气体输入时为常压状态，如其气体匹配不当，在单位时间内供气量小，其燃烧的效率会受到很大的影响，其三由于气体中焦油的增加，会严重影响管路的畅通。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是，针对上述存在问题提供一种使燃气进入炉座前处于较为集中聚压状态且在炉具使用一段时间后，可方便排出焦油的直喷式生物质燃气炉具的构造。
本实用新型的技术方案是: 一种直喷式生物质燃气炉具的构造，包括灶体、燃烧器，所述燃烧器由炉座、内火盖、外火盖构成，在炉座的下部设有正对内火盖的垂直气道，在垂直气道的上部设有通向外火盖的横向气道，在炉座的下方设有呈横向布置的过滤管，所述过滤管上设有生物质气的进气口及排油口，所述过滤管的上端与炉座相套接。

具体实施方式
本实用新型如图1所示，一种直喷式生物质燃气炉具的构造，包括灶体1、燃烧器2，所述燃烧器2由炉座21、内火盖22、外火盖23构成，在炉座21的下部设有正对内火盖22的垂直气道24，在垂直气道24的上部设有通向外火盖23的横向气道25，在炉座21的下方设有呈横向布置的过滤管3，所述过滤管3上设有生物质气的进气口31及排油口32，所述过滤管3 的上端与炉座21相套接。
在进气口31内设有过滤网。在排油口32处装有排油开关。在过滤管3两端设有与灶体1相固接的支架33。上述横向气道25呈品字形设置于内、外火盖22，23之间炉座21的座腔内。

1.一种直喷式生物质燃气炉具的构造，包括灶体（1）、燃烧器（2），所述燃烧器（2）由炉座（21）、内火盖（22）、外火盖（23）构成，其特征在于，在炉座（21）的下部设有正对内火盖（22）的垂直气道（24），在垂直气道（24）的上部设有通向外火盖（23）的横向气道（25），在炉座（21）的下方设有呈横向布置的过滤管（3），所述过滤管（3）上设有生物质气的进气口（31）及排油口（32），所述过滤管（3） 的上端与炉座（21）相套接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的直喷式生物质燃气炉具的构造，其特征在于在进气口（31）内设有过滤网。
3.根据权利要求1所述的直喷式生物质燃气炉具的构造，其特征在于在排油口（32）处装有排油开关。
4.根据权利要求1所述的直喷式生物质燃气炉具的构造，其特征在于在过滤管（3）两端设有与灶体（1）相固接的支架（33）。
5.根据权利要求1所述的直喷式生物质燃气炉具的构造，其特征在于上述横向气道（25）呈品字形设置于内、外火盖（22，23）之间炉座（21）的座腔内。
