本实用新型涉及一种煤气及自来水的不锈钢管道的管道接头。
背景技术
现有技术中，自来水管通常选用镀锌管或塑料管，煤气管道通常选用镀锌管，管道之间的连接，需要用管接头，同时用生料带作为密封带，镀锌管需要在施工现场进行螺纹加工，对操作工人依耐性过高。因需要螺纹加工，镀锌管壁厚需要满足螺纹加工要求，从而导致壁厚过盛，造成钢材过多的资源浪费，如果出现泄漏，返修也很麻烦，随着人们对物质生活要求的提高，以及工业化规模生产后，材料成本的降低，不锈钢管逐步获得了应用，同样，不锈钢管也需要接头，现有不锈钢管接头的应用中，有一种接头，如图1所示，包括不锈钢管1其两端设有通过拉伸形成的圆弧外凸11，圆弧外凸11内设置有截面为圆形的O形圈2，使用时，两端将略比不锈钢管1细的内不锈钢管插入，通过专用工具在圆弧外凸11的两侧12、13的位置上压，使得不锈钢管1和插入的内不锈钢管同时变形，从而固定内不锈钢管，该现有技术存在的问题是，截面为圆形的O形圈2在内不锈钢管插入时，密封时接触面积小，抗泄漏能力相对差，圆弧外凸11拉伸的高度较高，从而使得该部位的内不锈钢管变薄，降低了管子强度，拉伸设备的吨位要求大，耗电。
实用新型内容
本实用新型为了克服上述不足，提出了一种不锈钢管道的管道接头，新增了安全保护的功能。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种不锈钢管道的管道接头，包括：不锈钢管，其两端设有通过拉伸形成的圆弧外凸，圆弧外凸内设置有O形密封圈，该O形密封圈的截面为小于半圆的圆弧块，圆弧块的圆弧与直线的交界为圆角，圆弧外凸的内壁紧贴截面为圆弧块的O形密封圈。圆弧外凸的内壁紧贴O形密封圈是指圆弧外凸的内壁的形状也是同圆弧块中圆弧的形状相同。相比现有技术中截面为圆形的O形圈所对应的圆弧外凸要浅，增加了成品率，本实用新型的圆弧外凸强度高。
本实用新型具有密封性能好、密封圈寿命长、管子强度高、加工成本低的有益效果。

1.一种不锈钢管道的管道接头，包括：不锈钢管（1），其两端设有通过拉伸形成的圆弧外凸(11)，圆弧外凸(11)内设置有O形密封圈（22），其特征是，该O形密封圈（22）的截面为小于半圆的圆弧块，圆弧块的圆弧与直线的交界为圆角（221），圆弧外凸(11)的内壁紧贴截面为圆弧块的O形密封圈（22）。
