背景技术：
目前，普通的调节阀其阀座均采用薄壁结构，普通螺纹旋入精小型阀体，必须使用特殊的夹具装、卸，而且刚性差易变形，基本无法长期使用，特别是长期使用后根本无法拆卸，必须更换整机，无法实现高可靠性自控要求，与现代自控理想的矛盾日益突显。

本实用新型针对现有调节阀的控制不稳定、使用寿命不长及维护麻烦等问题，提供一种适用于各种要求密封严密、调节可靠性高的自控工作场合的调节阀。
技术方案：一种带有双密封面阀座的调节阀，包括阀体，阀盖，阀杆和阀芯，其中，与阀芯配合的进口上套装有一个双密封面阀座，所述阀芯密封面与双密封面阀座密封面配合密封，在阀体上部内侧套装有一个环形压套，环形压套侧壁设置有窗口，所述阀盖与环形压套压合在一起。
所述阀盖上端与阀杆之间设置环形腔，环形腔内套装有填料垫，填料垫下侧的阀杆上套装有填料弹簧，环形腔上侧端口套装有填料压钉，填料压钉的上侧套装固定有填料压板，环形腔内填充有填料。
有益效果：本实用新型的调节阀采用了高强度橄榄形GLOBE阀体和高强度锻件阀盖，配用上部顶导向式阀芯结构，阀杆与阀芯采用一体化设计，保证了调节阀具体高可靠的强度。阀座采用高强度无螺纹结构，直接放入阀体中腔内，用带窗口压套固定阀座，借用阀盖螺柱的力压紧阀座，增强了阀座的强度，提高了阀门的防泄漏等级，阀座采用双密封面设计，当长期使用后，出现泄漏，只需翻转阀座即可重新使用，大大提高了调节阀的使用寿命，因阀座采用无螺纹连接，故无需采用特殊的夹具装、卸，使调节阀的维护更加方便、可靠。本实用新型的调节阀可配用各种高可靠性的气、电动执行机构，彻底解决了目前调节阀的控制不稳定、使用寿命不长及维护麻烦等问题，并真正满足了高可靠性。

具体实施方式：
实施例1：参见图1，一种带有双密封面阀座的调节阀，包括阀体1，阀体1上部固定有高强度锻件阀盖7，以及阀杆4和阀芯16等部件。其中，与阀芯16配合的进口（安装孔）上套装有一个高强度的双密封面阀座3，采用无螺纹式安装。所述阀芯16密封面与双密封面阀座3密封面配合密封。在阀体1上部内侧套装有一个环形压套5，环形压套5侧壁设置有窗口，所述阀盖7与环形压套5压合在一起。另外，在阀盖7上端与阀杆4之间设置环形腔，环形腔内套装有填料垫12，填料垫12下侧的阀杆4上套装有填料弹簧11，环形腔上侧端口套装有填料压钉14，填料压钉14的上侧套装固定有填料压板15，环形腔内填充有填料13。阀杆4的上端通过阀体和阀盖连接处的导向套伸出阀盖外，连接在执行机构输出轴上，并且随执行机构的驱动而上、下移动，从而带动阀芯的上、下移动，以改变阀芯与双密封面阀座之间的节流面积大小，从而调节经过阀流出的介质流量。
当流体介质经过阀体1的入口流入阀体内部，随阀芯16部件的上移，流体介质通过阀座处的节流口流入阀体的上腔，由阀体的出口流入流体管道。

1.带有双密封面阀座的调节阀，包括阀体，阀盖，阀杆和阀芯，其特征是：与阀芯配合的进口上套装有一个双密封面阀座，所述阀芯密封面与双密封面阀座密封面配合密封，在阀体上部内侧套装有一个环形压套，环形压套侧壁设置有窗口，所述阀盖与环形压套压合在一起。
