Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种双层玻璃窗扇包括左窗扇(6)和右窗扇(7),窗扇与窗框(5)由合页(8)连接,其特征在于:所述窗扇与窗框(5)均由陶粒砼浇筑而成,窗扇的纵剖面上端为T字形、中间为十字形、下端为倒T字形,内上层玻璃(1)和外上层玻璃(2)镶嵌于窗扇的上半部,内下层玻璃(3)和外下层玻璃(4)镶嵌于窗扇的下半部。本实用新型易成型,变形小,防火、隔音、保温效果好,经久耐用,成本较低。

本实用新型涉及窗户,尤其涉及一种双层玻璃窗扇。
背景技术
现有的门、窗扇一般都采用木材、铝合金、钢、玻璃等材料制成,易变形,其成本较高,且多为单层,保温、隔音效果不佳。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足提供一种双层玻璃窗扇。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型采取的技术方案为:一种双层玻璃窗扇,包括左窗扇(6)和右窗扇(7),窗扇与窗框(5)由合页(8)连接,其特征在于:所述窗扇与窗框(5)均由陶粒砼浇筑而成,窗扇的纵剖面上端为T字形、中间为十字形、下端为倒T字形,内上层玻璃(1)和外上层玻璃(2)镶嵌于窗扇的上半部,内下层玻璃(3)和外下层玻璃(4)镶嵌于窗扇的下半部。
所述窗框(5)横梁内布有钢筋(9)和不锈钢箍(10)。
内外层玻璃的间隙为50mm。
本实用新型的有益效果是:易成型,变形小,防火、隔音、保温效果好,经久耐用,成本较低。

所述窗框5横梁内布有钢筋9和不锈钢箍10。
内外层玻璃的间隙为50mm。
