Abstract
本实用新型属于食品包装用品,具体地说是一种使新鲜、易腐食物保持新鲜的保鲜纸,它是用二氧化氯强氧化剂做为保鲜剂,将其吸附在沸石等高吸附物质上,并用二氧化氯溶液调制的黏合剂粘接在纸上制成。由于采用强氧化、安全、无污染、高挥发化合物制成,杀菌力强,保鲜效果好。该保鲜纸成本低廉,适用性强。可制成袋、盒、箱等多种形式产品。
Description
本实用新型属于食品包装用品,具体地说是一种使新鲜、易腐食物保持新鲜的保鲜纸。
如何使新鲜、易腐的水果、蔬菜保持新鲜,延迟变质时间,是广泛存在的问题,也是很难解决的问题。目前保鲜的方法是很多的。最普遍采用的是自然低温(冬季)储存法;冷冻机制冷法;高浓度氮气保鲜法;药物熏蒸杀菌保鲜法;果品表面浸渍涂层法等等,其中大多都已实际应用,虽然都可起到保鲜作用,但有的效果差,有的成本高,有的虽能抑制菌类繁衍却不能消灭菌类,有的虽能杀菌却存有残毒,限制了推广应用。
中国“农民日报”1987年11月26日介绍了日本所发明的另一种方法,是将沸石浸渍在强氧化物高锰酸钾溶液中,然后将此沸石置于多孔的小袋内,再将小袋与被贮藏物一起封装在可渗透气体的大袋内,即可起到保鲜作用。但由于仅小袋内存有高锰酸钾,该物质挥发性较差,影响保鲜效果,且吸水后显红色而影响外观。
本实用新型的发明目的,在于克服上述缺点,制造一种保鲜方便,效率高,采用较强挥发性的强氧化剂二氧化氯为保鲜剂的保鲜纸。
本实用新型采用化学性质活泼、较强挥发性的强氧化剂二氧化氯做杀菌保鲜剂。首先将高浓度二氧化氯通入沸石(或麦饭石、活性碳)等高吸附物(称载体)中,再用含二氧化氯水溶液、淀粉或明胶或硅胶调制成黏合剂,用此黏合剂将吸附有二氧化氯的沸石粉状物,附着在普通纸(也可用其它基质如塑料)上,最后经干燥处理,即成为二氧化氯保鲜纸。
下面结合附图说明其实施例如下:
将新制取的饱和二氧化氯通入沸石30分钟后,停止通气。将沸石研成粉状,如附图中(1)所示,将二氧化氯通入水中制成水溶液,浓度为10~15%,如图中(2)所示,再将淀粉混合其中,制成黏合剂,令二氧化氯占黏合剂总量的近似2%。将黏合剂均匀涂敷在硬板纸上,如附图中(3)所示,再将上述粉状沸石均匀撒布在纸上,加压成型,最后将其干燥处理即得二氧化氯保鲜纸。
该保鲜纸所用二氧化氯,是经联合国世界卫生组织确认的无毒、无致癌性、也不导致遗传畸形的安全的防腐剂,其特点是氧化能力极强,且挥发性很高。制成的各种形式的保鲜纸可用于鲜鱼、肉类、水果类、蔬菜类的保鲜。安全可靠,保鲜期长,效果好,成本低。可制成封闭、开放型袋、盒、箱式保鲜用品。

Claims (3)
1、一种食品保鲜纸,它是将保鲜剂粘接在纸上而成,其特征在于,以高吸附物质为载体,吸附二氧化氯,将其用二氧化氯水溶液配制成的黏合剂,粘附在纸上制成。
2、如权利要求1所述之二氧化氯保鲜纸,其特征在于黏合剂是用含二氧化氯水溶液,浓度为10~15%,加上淀粉或明胶或硅胶所制成,二氧化氯所占重量比近似为2%。
3、如权利要求1所述之二氧化氯保鲜纸,其特征在于高吸附物可使用沸石或麦饭石或活性碳。
