背景技术
随着社会经济不断发展,各种日光温室为广大农户种植反季节蔬菜及农作物提供了方便。但有的温室保温性能不佳,有的温室安装复杂,给温室的推广造成了不便。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术存在的不足,提供一种日光节能温室后屋面及墙体。
本实用新型一种日光节能温室后屋面及墙体通过下述技术方案予以实现:一种日光节能温室后屋面及墙体,包括保温层、聚苯板、后墙、加固件、棚膜、草捆、散草层、彩钢夹芯板、后梁、内墙,所述的后屋面结构为后梁处设置加固件,紧靠后梁依次向上铺设:棚膜、草捆、散草层、彩钢夹芯板;所述的温室墙体结构为内墙为粘土多孔砖砌成,紧靠后墙设置聚苯板,在聚苯板和内墙之间的空隙中填入炉渣或黄土、石子等吸热材料组成的保温层,内墙内侧和后墙外侧用水泥砂浆抹面。
本实用新型一种日光节能温室后屋面及墙体与现有技术相比较有如下有益效果:本实用新型的日光温室的保温墙体和后屋面结构,具有更好的保温效果,能够满足北方特别寒冷地区的日光温室的保温,本保温材料采用上述结构的墙体和后屋面保温材料不仅质量轻、强度高、保温性能好,而且工艺简单施工方便、使用寿命长,在满足日光温室蓄热效果的前提下,大大提高了土地利用率;可大幅提高日光温室的保温效果,增强蓄热性;延长了日光温室墙体的使用寿命;施工周期短,大大降低劳动强度,符合我国日光温室标准化、工厂化和现代化发展方向。

下面结合附图和实施例对本实用新型一种日光节能温室后屋面及墙体技术方案作进一步描述。
如图1所示,本实用新型一种日光节能温室后屋面及墙,包括保温层1、聚苯板2、后墙3、加固件4、棚膜5、草捆6、散草层7、彩钢夹芯板8、后梁9、内墙10,所述的后屋面结构为后梁9处设置加固件4,紧靠后梁9依次向上铺设:棚膜5、草捆6)、散草层7、彩钢夹芯板8;所述的墙体结构为温室内墙10为粘土多孔砖砌成,紧靠后墙3设置聚苯板2,在聚苯板2和内墙10之间的空隙中填入炉渣或黄土、石子等吸热材料组成的保温层1,内墙10内侧和后墙3外侧用水泥砂浆抹面。
实施例1。
本实用新型公开了一种日光节能温室后屋面及墙体建筑结构,后屋面温室建筑结构:在后梁9处用8道8号铁丝加固件4进行连接,紧靠后梁9依次铺设:3米宽棚膜5、草捆6厚40厘米、散草7厚30厘米、彩钢夹芯板8为150*0.5mm; 温室墙体建筑结构:温室内墙10、外墙3均为240厚的粘土多孔砖,内墙10和外温室墙体3空隙为550毫米,紧靠后墙3放置150厚的聚苯板2,用于阻燃,防止外面的冷空气进入和温室内面的热空气流出,在聚苯板2和内墙10之间的400毫米宽的空隙中填入炉渣或黄土、石子等吸热材料作为保温层1,内墙10内侧和外墙3外侧用水泥砂浆抹面,温室墙体总宽度为1030毫米,外侧墙高为2.3米,内侧墙高为1900毫米,温室脊高为3800毫米,温室后棚内面长为2700毫米。

1.一种日光节能温室后屋面及墙体,包括保温层(1)、聚苯板(2)、后墙(3)、加固件(4)、棚膜(5)、草捆(6)、散草层(7)、彩钢夹芯板(8)、后梁(9)、内墙(10),其特征在于:所述的后屋面结构为后梁(9)处设置加固件(4),紧靠后梁(9)依次向上铺设:棚膜(5)、草捆(6)、散草层(7)、彩钢夹芯板(8);所述的墙体结构为温室内墙(10)为粘土多孔砖砌成,紧靠后墙(3)设置聚苯板(2),在聚苯板(2)和内墙(10)之间的空隙中填入炉渣或黄土、石子等吸热材料组成的保温层(1),内墙(10)内侧和后墙(3)外侧用水泥砂浆抹面。
