Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种新型玉米剥皮器，它包括一剥皮刀和手套，剥皮刀是由刀柄和刀具两部分组成的一体式结构，剥皮刀的材质为碳素钢或不锈钢；所述刀柄的末端固定在手套的手心部位处，刀柄的前部从手套的虎口部位穿出；所述刀具弯折呈圆弧过渡形，且刀具前端设有三个以上的锯齿；所述刀柄为可伸缩结构；所述剥皮刀的宽度为10~20mm；所述手套的手腕处设有松紧装置。本实用新型的手套可制作成左手或右手，同时便于不同人的使用，手套可制作成多种尺寸；使用时戴上手套，握住刀柄，直接使用锯齿就可撕开玉米的外皮，且刀柄可伸缩以适应不同高度的玉米杆；本实用新型设计时采用人体工学结构特点，使手握时更符合人体的习惯，使用方便，结构简单。

背景技术：
中国玉米种植面积大，虽然部分地区已经使用了机械化收割，但机械化收割费用昂贵；因此目前农民收割时还仍然采用手工扒玉米皮的原始方法，用指尖撕开坚硬粗糙的玉米外皮将玉米果实从紧紧包住的外皮中取出来，这样长时间劳作使指甲分裂，手指红肿、麻木，疼痛难忍。目前也有用骨片、木片、竹片、塑料或金属材料制成的一头尖尖的签子来代替手指将玉米穗顶尖叶皮撕开，如附图1所示，为一柄一拃长、一指宽、一头尖、另一头方形或圆形的签子，签子中部钻有三至五个小孔，根据手指的宽度选择不同距离的两个小孔穿一段线绳或皮绳，最好用弹性绳，将其系成个指环，扒玉米时，签子握在掌心里，指环套在食指或中指上，签子不会轻易脱手，用签子的尖端将玉米穗顶尖的叶皮撕开，其操作方便，但玉米的品种不同，有些玉米的尖部已经漏出了果实，即玉米没有外皮，这种玉米再用签子撕破外皮就很不方便，有时会将玉米粒刺破，影响玉米的质量；而且指环长期套在食指或中指上也会勒的手指疼痛。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种新型玉米剥皮器，其结构简单，成本低廉，操作灵活，省时、省力、适用于扒各品种玉米的外皮，可提高劳动效率，同时起到了安全保护的作用。

实施例，见附图2，新型玉米剥皮器，它包括一剥皮刀1和手套2，剥皮刀是由刀柄101和刀具102两部分组成的一体式结构，剥皮刀采用碳素钢或不锈钢制成，手套为戴在右手上的；所述刀柄的末端固定在手套的手心部位处，刀柄的前部从手套的虎口部位穿出；所述刀具弯折呈圆弧过渡形，且刀具前端设有四个锯齿3，通过锯齿可扒开玉米外皮，可适用不同品种的玉米。
所述刀柄为可伸缩结构，便于不同身高的人群使用，也便于使用不同高度的玉米杆。
所述剥皮刀的宽度为15mm，其剥皮刀的宽度与人们食指的宽度差不多，这样戴上手套后，食指可按在剥皮刀上，更加符合人手握住刀具的特点，使用更加人性化，这样省时省力，操作方便。
所述手套的手腕处设有松紧装置4，防止手套滑落。
