律师需要经常接触客户，并且在与客户的交流过程中，由于客户时间的因素或者咨询费按时间计算的因素，往往要求在最短的时间内完成最有效的信息交流。目前律师往往携带普通的文件夹，在该文件夹中存放几张白纸，与客户交流的过程中把重点记录在纸上，往往容易造成信息不全面，并且在交流最后往往要从口袋或者公文包中取出随身携带的名片交给客户，如果一时难以找到容易给客户造成不专业的印象，对自己业务造成影响。

本实用新型的技术任务是针对以上现有技术的不足而提供一种新型律师文件夹。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种新型律师文件夹，包括文件夹，其特征在于在所述文件夹上设有名片袋，在所述名片袋上设有搭扣，在所述文件夹内设有录音笔槽和记录笔槽。
在所述文件夹内表面边缘处设有尼龙搭扣。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型结构简单，携带方便，律师可以在名片袋中存放名片，在与客户交流过程中可以把录音笔放在录音笔槽中即可记录整个谈话，这样即使律师在现场记录的内容不全面，也可以通过事后重播录音的方式详细补齐记录，不仅便于记录，更避免了重要信息的遗漏。
