Abstract
本实用新型为一种基于针织布的手工用砂布。本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术成本过高以及抗撕裂性能差的技术问题。包括针织布，所述针织布通过胶水浸渍或刮浸处理过的，在针织布面上涂覆有底胶，在涂覆有底胶的针织布面上通过植砂形成有磨料层。在上述技术方案中，所述底胶和胶水为下列材料中的一种或多种：脲醛及其改性树脂、酚醛及其改性树脂、环氧及其改性树脂。该砂布采用针织布作为基材，本身成本低，且通过处理后大幅提升其抗撕裂性能，使产品的各项性能得到保证。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种砂布，特别是涉及一种基于针织布的手工用砂布。
背景技术
涂附磨具工业砂带主要用于金属部件表面的清理，抛光、去毛刺；木制家具的精磨；皮革砑光；服装布面料玻璃、陶瓷的抛光等，在抛光应用过程中发挥了良好的作用。然而，目前市场上普遍使用的砂布基材要么为机织布，使整个生产制作成本过高,要么为纸，使产品的抗撕裂性能很差。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是解决现有技术成本过高以及抗撕裂性能差的技术问题，提供一种基于针织布的手工用砂布，该砂布采用针织布作为基材，本身成本低，且通过处理后大幅提升其抗撕裂性能，使产品的各项性能得到保证。
本实用新型的目的是通过下列技术方案实现的：一种基于针织布的手工用砂布，包括针织布，所述针织布通过胶水浸渍或刮浸处理过的，在针织布面上涂覆有底胶，在涂覆有底胶的针织布面上通过植砂形成有磨料层。
在上述技术方案中，所述底胶和胶水为下列材料中的一种或多种：脲醛及其改性树脂、酚醛及其改性树脂、环氧及其改性树脂。
从本实用新型的技术特征可以看出，本实用新型的优点在于：利用针织布作为基材，通过胶水浸渍或刮浸处理，以及通过上底胶和植砂，使整个产品的抗撕裂性能大幅提高，并且利用针织布的低成本使整个生产制作成本大幅降低。经过胶水处理或是材料之间复合处理后的基材不用水洗退浆，大大地节约成本并减少环境污染。

如图1所示，本实用新型采用了成本很低的针织布，所述针织布通过胶水浸渍和刮浆在其内植入有磨料，在针织布面上涂覆有底胶，在涂覆有底胶的针织布面上通过植砂形成有磨料层，大幅提升其抗撕裂性能，其制作过程为：先将针织布浸胶，刮浆，然后在针织布的面上涂底胶，再植砂形成磨料层，在磨料层上继续上复胶，当然也可以不用上复胶，然后通过固化，加湿，分小卷等过程制作出产品。
在上述技术方案中，所述底胶和胶水为下列材料中的一种或多种：脲醛及其改性树脂、酚醛及其改性树脂、环氧及其改性树脂。
