背景技术
型材在生产出之后表面具有较多棱角废料，型材切口或多或少具有一些毛刺，需要将其打磨处理掉。现有的型材打磨抛光机设计机构不合理，无法在线进行对其打磨抛光，操作繁琐，生产效率低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供了型材在线抛光机，解决了现有型材抛光机无法在线进行抛光的问题，设计简单，结构合理，通过合理设计固定座结构，便于在型材生产线上固定安装，固定座上设有升降机构，便于调节抛光机的刷头合理高度。
本实用新型采用的技术方案如下：
型材在线抛光机，包括固定座、电机和抛光头，所述的固定座上设有升降装置，电机通过固定盘固装于升降装置上，电机输出轴通过联轴器与抛光头固定连接，抛光头上设有毛刷。
所述的固定座为长方形，中间具有安装槽，升降装置下端设置于安装槽内，两侧设有安装板。
所述的升降装置通过固定板和固定板内的螺杆构成。
所述的抛光头毛刷用白棕皮毛刷制成。

参见附图，型材在线抛光机，包括固定座1、电机2和抛光头3，固定座1上设有升降装置4，固定座1为长方形，中间具有安装槽101，升降装置4下端设置于安装槽101内，两侧设有安装板102。升降装置4通过固定板401和固定板内的螺杆402构成。电机2通过固定盘5固装于升降装置4上，电机2输出轴通过联轴器6与抛光头3固定连接，抛光头3上设有白棕皮制成的毛刷301。
