本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单的吸盘式不倒杯，以克服生活中水杯的稳定性及不易拿取的问题。
本实用新型按以下技术方案实现：一种吸盘式不倒杯，包括杯体1、吸盘2；杯体1底部开设有螺纹孔，吸盘2上安设有螺纹杆，杯体1通过底部的螺纹孔及吸盘2上的螺纹杆安装在吸盘2上。
本实用新型具有以下有益效果：
1、可使杯体定位于平整的桌面，不易被打翻，可避免因热水烫伤及造成其他物品的损坏；
