本实用新型涉及一种避免重金属污染的日用陶瓷。
背景技术
有些陶瓷器具对人体健康有一定的危害作用，因为它们采用釉上彩装饰。釉上彩中含有一定危害作用的铅等金属，铅会影响人的造血、神经、肾脏、血管和其它器官的功能。当人体摄入一定的铅时，会出现呕吐、恶心、腹痛等症状。目前市场上还没有有效的结构来防止此种危害的产生。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的缺点，本实用新型提供了一种避免重金属危害的陶瓷器具。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种避免重金属污染的日用陶瓷，其在喷有装饰釉的陶瓷器具外表面上设置一层陶瓷保护膜，陶瓷保护膜以特殊聚乙烯塑料薄膜为基材，保护膜包括双层结构，外层膜为可撕结构，在使用时去除。
所述陶瓷保护膜为透明材质。
保护膜的厚度为0.02mm-0.15mm。
所述内层膜与外层膜之间设有凸筋。
所述内层膜与陶瓷器具之间设有筋条。
所述内层膜通过共烧与陶瓷器具连结一起。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
本实用新型的陶瓷保护膜以特殊聚乙烯(PE)塑料薄膜为基材，性质柔软，粘着性能好，容易粘贴，容易剥离，剥离无残胶。
另外，陶瓷保护膜能有效防止釉上彩中含有铅等金属对使用者造成的危害。

如图1所示，本实用新型公开一种避免重金属污染的日用陶瓷，其在喷有装饰釉的陶瓷器具1外表面上设置一层陶瓷保护膜2、3，陶瓷保护膜2、3以特殊聚乙烯塑料薄膜为基材，陶瓷保护膜2、3包括双层结构，外层膜为可撕结构，在使用时去除。
陶瓷保护膜2、3以特殊聚乙烯(PE)塑料薄膜为基材，性质柔软，粘着性能好，容易粘贴，容易剥离，剥离无残胶。
所述陶瓷保护膜2、3为透明材质。本实用新型不受污染，腐蚀，划伤，保护原有的光洁亮泽的表面，从而提高产品的质量及市场竞争力。
保护膜2、3的厚度为0.02mm-0.15mm。所述内层膜2与外层膜3之间设有凸筋。所述内层膜2与陶瓷器具1之间设有筋条。所述内层膜2通过共烧与陶瓷器具1连结一起。

1.一种避免重金属污染的日用陶瓷，其特征在于，在喷有装饰釉的陶瓷器具外表面上设置一层陶瓷保护膜，陶瓷保护膜以聚乙烯塑料薄膜为基材，保护膜包括双层结构，双层结构为外层膜与内层膜，外层膜为可撕结构，在使用时去除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的避免重金属污染的日用陶瓷，其特征在于，所述陶瓷保护膜为透明材质。
3.根据权利要求1所述的避免重金属污染的日用陶瓷，其特征在于，保护膜的厚度为0.02mm-0.15mm。
