 本实用新型涉及一种工装，具体涉及一种定位装置。
背景技术
很多大型零件需要通过吊装来完成装配，但是起吊后的零件在装配时经常需要转动对位，但是直接使用起重机吊钩起吊零件只能小范围的旋转，使得装配过程操作复杂，效率低下。
发明内容
本实用新型为了克服以上技术的不足，提供了一种旋转定位装置。
本实用新型克服其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
本旋转定位装置，包括固定块、通过轴承可转动安装于固定块中的螺杆，所述螺杆通过螺母紧固固定。
为了实现螺杆固定的牢固，上述螺母为圆螺母，还包括设置于螺杆上且卡固于圆螺母上的圆螺母止动垫圈。
为了提高安全性，还包括旋合于螺杆上的六角螺母。
为了起到密封效果，还包括通过螺栓固定于固定块中圆孔上的封盖。
本实用新型的有益效果是：通过将螺杆旋合固定到待起吊的工件上，之后通过起重机的吊带挂住固定块上即可将工件起吊，起吊后的工件可以通过轴承实现旋转，使得装配时对位工作方便快捷，提高了装配效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图1、附图2对本实用新型做进一步说明。
本旋转定位装置，包括固定块1、通过轴承6可转动安装于固定块1中的螺杆2，所述螺杆2通过螺母紧固固定。通过将螺杆2旋合固定到待起吊的工件上，之后通过起重机的吊带挂住固定块1上即可将工件起吊，起吊后的工件可以通过轴承6实现旋转，使得装配时对位工作方便快捷，提高了装配效率。
上述螺母为圆螺母7，还包括设置于螺杆2上且卡固于圆螺母7上的圆螺母止动垫圈。利用圆螺母7固定螺杆2，并通过圆螺母止动垫圈防止圆螺母7松动可以确保螺杆2的固定的牢固程度。提高了本旋转定位装置的可靠性。
还包括旋合于螺杆2上的六角螺母3。当螺杆2旋合入待起吊的工件中后，利用六角螺母3可以锁紧，实现防松，提高安全性。
还包括通过螺栓5固定于固定块1中圆孔上的封盖4。封盖4可以防止轴承6上涂抹的黄油流出，还能够起到防尘的作用。

1.一种旋转定位装置，其特征在于：包括固定块（1）、通过轴承（6）可转动安装于固定块（1）中的螺杆（2），所述螺杆（2）通过螺母紧固固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的旋转定位装置，其特征在于：所述螺母为圆螺母（7），还包括设置于螺杆（2）上且卡固于圆螺母（7）上的圆螺母止动垫圈。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的旋转定位装置，其特征在于：还包括旋合于螺杆（2）上的六角螺母（3）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的旋转定位装置，其特征在于：还包括通过螺栓（5）固定于固定块（1）中圆孔上的封盖（4）。
