背景技术
现有的低压开关柜柜门主要由铁板经过冲孔和弯制而成，外观单一不够美观，并不能观测里内部元器件的工作情况，整体结构不牢固。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题，在于提供一种美观、整体结构牢固，并能观测里内部元器件工作情况的开关柜玻璃门。 
本实用新型是这样实现的：一种开关柜玻璃门，包括金属门和钢化玻璃，其特征在于：所述金属门的右侧通过铰链与开关柜结合在一起，所述金属门的左侧加工有门锁孔,所述钢化玻璃固定在金属门的中间孔上。 
 所述钢化玻璃通过压边固定或专用胶固定的方式固定在金属门的中间孔上。 
所述钢化玻璃通过压边固定方式固定在金属门的中间孔上，具体是在金属门中间挖空的四周设有固定螺栓，将钢化玻璃与金属门结合，钢化玻璃上设有缓冲条，缓冲条上面压上Z形的压边条，压边条的一端与设在金属门上的固定螺栓联接。 
本实用新型开关柜玻璃门有如下优点：本产品采用金属门上镶嵌钢化玻璃的结构方式，使设备更加美观，还可以观察到柜内元器件的工作情况，同时钢化玻璃硬度较好，与金属门结合起来，整体结构牢固。

请参阅图1所示，是本实用新型所述的一种开关柜玻璃门，包括金属门1和钢化玻璃2，所述金属门1的右侧通过铰链3与开关柜结合在一起，所述钢化玻璃2通过压边固定或专用胶固定的方式固定在金属门1的中间孔上，所述金属门1的左侧加工有门锁孔4。 
所述的金属门1采用四周折边的加工方式，中间挖空；所述的钢化玻璃2采用压边固定或专用胶固定的方式固定在金属门的中间孔上；所述的门锁孔4由机器在金属门1上冲孔而成；所述的铰链焊接的方式与柜门结合在一起。 
请参阅图2所示，所述钢化玻璃通过压边固定方式固定在金属门的中间孔上，具体是在金属门中间挖空的四周设有固定螺栓203，将钢化玻璃2与金属门1结合，钢化玻璃2上设有缓冲条201，缓冲条201上面压上Z形的压边条202，压边条202的一端与设在金属门1上的固定螺栓203联接。 
请参阅图3所示，在金属门1中间挖孔的四周涂上3M VHB胶204，再直接压上钢化玻璃2，使钢化玻璃2与金属门1固定连接。

1.一种开关柜玻璃门，包括金属门和钢化玻璃，其特征在于：所述金属门的右侧通过铰链与开关柜结合在一起，所述金属门的左侧加工有门锁孔,所述钢化玻璃固定在金属门的中间孔上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的开关柜玻璃门，其特征在于：所述钢化玻璃通过压边固定或专用胶固定的方式固定在金属门的中间孔上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的开关柜玻璃门，其特征在于：所述钢化玻璃通过压边固定方式固定在金属门的中间孔上，具体是在金属门中间挖空的四周设有固定螺栓，将钢化玻璃与金属门结合，钢化玻璃上设有缓冲条，缓冲条上面压上Z形的压边条，压边条的一端与设在金属门上的固定螺栓联接。
