Abstract

本实用新型涉及灯头的固定结构,灯头利用固定结构分别定位设置于灯管的二末端;其中:该灯管靠近二末端处设有至少一穿孔,该灯头相对各穿孔形成有定位孔,而该固定结构设有二弹性臂以及连接二弹性臂的压抵部,而二弹性臂末端则形成有卡掣部,该卡掣部可依序穿入于穿孔及定位孔,而使该灯头得以套设固定于该灯管,达到快速定位的功效。

Description

灯头的固定结构
技术领域
本实用新型有关灯头的固定结构,主要提升对灯头的固定效果,以及增加固定灯头便利性的固定结构。 
背景技术
按,早期日光灯的灯管的材质大多为玻璃,且日光灯管内部含有少量的水银,故,在拿取或装设上需极为小心,因不小心打破日光灯管的话,其内部的水银流出会对环境造成伤害,且人体不小心碰触到或吸附到的话,也会造成中毒现象;且传统日光灯虽便宜,但其废弃物有汞污染或易碎等缺点。 
然,目前的日光灯新一代的改良,采用发光二极管(LED)来发光,其结构上也跟早期的日光灯设计是一样的,以能适用早期的灯架。 
如图1所示,一般发光二极管灯管由一灯壳11、发光二极管元件12,以及两个插头13所组成,该灯壳11由一长条状的灯壳座14与一长条状的透光罩15相嵌合构成一管状结构体,该灯壳11设有一容置空间18,以供容置发光二极管元件的基板17,而各灯头13则藉由螺丝19锁固方式固定于该灯壳座14二端,以达到固定的效果;惟,藉由螺丝19的固定,需要工具才得以进行拆卸或锁固。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题即在针对灯头的固定结构加以改良,藉以提升对灯头的固定效果,以及增加固定灯头便利性的固定结构。 
本实用新型所采用的技术手段如下所述。 
为达上揭目的,本实用新型的灯头利用固定结构分别定位设置于灯管的二末端;其中:该灯管靠近二末端处设有至少一穿孔,该灯头相对各穿孔形成有定位孔,而该固定结构设有二弹性臂以及连接二弹性臂的压抵部,而二弹性臂末端则形成有卡掣部。 
该卡掣部可依序穿入于穿孔及定位孔,而使该灯头得以套设固定于该灯管,可提升对灯头的固定效果,以及增加固定灯头的便利性。 
依据上述主要结构特征,所述灯管至少设有:一灯壳座、一透光罩以及光源模组,该灯壳座一断面盖呈半圆状的结构体,其相对于半圆的内部形成有一凹谷状的容置空间,该容置空间底面设有一固定部,而各穿孔则相对于该固定部上方,而该透光罩则与该灯壳座的容置空间开口相盖合,该光源模组则设有一电路板及复数设于该电路板上的发光元件,利用该压抵部可使该电路板定位于该灯壳座的固定部上。 
依据上述主要结构特征,所述灯壳座的固定部与该电路板之间可增设有导热胶。 
依据上述主要结构特征,所述灯头设有二电性端子,而于该灯头内侧则分别设有一导电端子,该导电端子与该电性端子连接,而该光源模组的电路板二端设有一连接座,该连接座设有一壳体,该壳体设有至少一插槽,该插槽内设有端子以及与该端子连接的导电片,该导电片并延伸至该壳体侧边,以供与该电路板电性连接,而该插槽则可供各灯头的导电端子插接而形成导通。 
依据上述主要结构特征,所述灯壳座在其相对于半圆的外部设有若干散热鳍片。 
本实用新型所产生的有益效果如下所述。 
1、本实用新型所述灯头的固定结构可提升对灯头的固定效果,以及增加固定灯头的便利性。 
2、本实用新型可利用简单插接动作即可构成灯头与灯管的组装,使其具有易组装、易维修、易检测、易更换零元件,进而增加实用性。

具体实施方式
如图2为本实用新型灯头与灯管的结构立体图,以及图3为本实用新型灯头与灯管的结构分解图所示,本实用新型的灯头20利用固定结构30分别定位设置于灯管40的二末端;其中:该灯管40靠近二末端处设有至少一穿孔41,该灯头20相对各穿孔41形成有定位孔21,而该固定结构30设有二弹性臂31以及连接二弹性臂31的压抵部32,而二弹性臂31末端则形成有卡掣部33。 
整体组装时,该卡掣部33可依序穿入于穿孔41及定位孔21,而使该灯头20得以套设固定于该灯管40,可提升对灯头20的固定效果,以及增加固定灯头的便利性;当裕将灯头20自该灯管40拆卸时,仅需将卡掣部33内压使其脱离该定位孔21,则可将该灯头20与该灯管40相互分离。 
再者,该灯管40至少设有:一灯壳座42、一透光罩43以及光源模组44,该灯壳座42一断面盖呈半圆状的结构体,其相对于半圆的内部形成有一凹谷状的容置空间,该容置空间底面设有一固定部421,而各穿孔41则相对于该固定部421上方,该灯壳座42在其相对于半圆的外部设有若干散热鳍片422,而该透光罩43则与该灯壳座42的容置空间开口相盖合,该光源模组44则设有一电路板441及复数设于该电路板441上的发光元件442,请同时参阅图4所示,利用该压抵部32可使该电路板441定位于该灯壳座的固定部421上,以改良习有电路板需利用螺丝锁固的方式,而可增加光源模组的组装弹性,以及提升对光源模组的固定效果;当然,该灯壳座的固定部与该电路板之间可增设有导热胶,可进一步增加固定效果。 
另外,该灯头20设有二电性端子22,而于该灯头内侧则分别设有一导电端子23,该导电端子23与该电性端子22一体制成且相互连接,而该光源模组的电路板441二端设有一连接座50,该连接座50设有一壳体51,该壳体51设有至少一插槽511,该插槽511内设有端子512以及与该端子512连接的导电片513,该导电片513并延伸至该壳体侧边,以供与该电路板441电性连接,而该插槽511则可供各灯头的导电端子23插接而形成导通;当本实用新型的灯管插入习用灯座结构时,该电性端子22以及导电端子23藉由该连接座50与电路板441形成一电流回路,使发光元件442因接收到电力而发光发亮。故本实用新型可利用简单插接动作即可构成灯头与灯管的组装,使其具有易组装、易维修、易检测、易更换零元件,进而增加实用性。 

Claims (5)

1.一种灯头的固定结构,该灯头利用固定结构分别定位设置于灯管的二末端;其特征在于:
该灯管靠近二末端处设有至少一穿孔,该灯头相对各穿孔形成有定位孔,而该固定结构设有二弹性臂以及连接二弹性臂的压抵部,而二弹性臂末端则形成有卡掣部,该卡掣部可依序穿入于穿孔及定位孔,而使该灯头得以套设固定于该灯管。
2.如权利要求1所述灯头的固定结构,其特征在于,该灯管至少设有:
一灯壳座,为一断面盖呈半圆状的结构体,其相对于半圆的内部形成有一凹谷状的容置空间,该容置空间底面设有一固定部,而各穿孔则相对于该固定部上方; 
一透光罩,供与该灯壳座的容置空间开口相盖合;
光源模组,设有一电路板及复数设于该电路板上的发光元件,利用该压抵部使该电路板定位于该灯壳座的固定部上。
3.如权利要求2所述灯头的固定结构,其特征在于,该灯壳座的固定部与该电路板之间增设有导热胶。
4.如权利要求2所述灯头的固定结构,其特征在于,该灯壳座在其相对于半圆的外部设有散热鳍片。
5.如权利要求2至4中任一所述灯头的固定结构,其特征在于,该灯头设有二电性端子,而于该灯头内侧则分别设有一导电端子,该导电端子与该电性端子连接,而该光源模组的电路板二端设有一连接座,该连接座设有一壳体,该壳体设有至少一插槽,该插槽内设有端子以及与该端子连接的导电片,该导电片并延伸至该壳体侧边,以供与该电路板电性连接,而该插槽则供各灯头的导电端子插接而形成导通。
