本实用新型涉及一种承载架空电缆的装置，尤其是一种新型的铝合金桥架
背景技术
电缆桥架系统是制造业中的一类重要产品，是各基础建设项目中用于规范、保护电缆及输电线路安全的主要装备。目前，铝合金桥架做为一种新型的电缆桥架，因为重量轻，安装轻便，同种规格的铝合金桥架的自重为钢制桥架1/3左右。但铝合金桥架材质硬度较小，强度低，在生产运输过程中，桥架和桥架之间容易磕碰，导致梯边被划伤或有划痕，影响桥架的整体美观。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种新型的铝合金桥架，提高桥架的整体强度，降低用料厚度，节约成本。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：新型铝合金桥架，包括横担，该横担的两侧分别设有梯边，所述的每侧的梯边外侧均设有若干处锯齿形筋饰。
进一步的，所述的每侧的梯边内侧均设有若干处锯齿形筋饰。
进一步的，所述的每侧的梯边外侧的锯齿形筋饰均为2处，所述的每侧的梯边内侧的锯齿形筋饰均为2处。
进一步的，所述的每处锯齿形筋饰均为4道。
进一步的，所述的横担和两侧的梯边之间通过螺钉或铆接的方式进行固定连接。
本实用新型的新型铝合金桥架，通过在梯边上增设锯齿形筋饰，在增加桥架承载在力的同时，可以解决桥架与地面或硬物接触可能产生的划伤隐患，提高桥架的整体美观性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步详细的说明。
实施例一：
如图1所示，本实用新型的新型铝合金桥架，包括横担2，该横担的两侧分别设有梯边1，每侧的梯边外侧均设有若干处锯齿形筋饰3。梯边1和横担2采用模具挤压成形，可以在降少材料的同时，提高自身强度，增强桥架承载能力。
实施例二
如图2-图4所示，在本实用新型的两个梯边的内、外侧均设有锯齿形筋饰，每个梯边的内、外侧的锯齿形筋饰均为2处，每处为4道。
实施例三
横担2和两侧的梯边1通过螺钉或者铆接的方式进行固定，便于组装，无需焊接，避免了焊接的所有缺陷，符合国家节能、环保、降耗的要求。
本实用新型的新型铝合金桥架的梯边外形为L型。梯边外侧的锯齿形筋饰，在增加桥架承载力的同时，可以解决桥架与地面或硬物接触可能产生的划伤隐患，保证桥架在运输过程中的晃动，桥架侧面彼此接触时，不会有大面积接触造成大范围划伤；在现场安装过程中，用手搬运铝合金桥架桥架过程中具有防滑作用。梯边的内侧锯齿形筋饰为限制横担在桥架运输以及安装过程中上下晃动，避免桥架散架的情况出现，能提高梯边的强度，增加铝合金桥架的承载力。

1.一种新型铝合金桥架，包括横担，该横担的两侧分别设有梯边，其特征在于，所述的每侧的梯边外侧均设有若干处锯齿形筋饰。
2.按照权利要求1所述的新型铝合金桥架，其特征在于，所述的每侧的梯边内侧均设有若干锯齿形处筋饰。
3.按照权利要求2所述的新型铝合金桥架，其特征在于，所述的每侧的梯边外侧的锯齿形筋饰均为2处，所述的每侧的梯边内侧的锯齿形筋饰均为2处。
4.按照权利要求1-3中任一项所述的新型铝合金桥架，其特征在于，所述的每处锯齿形筋饰均为4道。
5.按照权利要求4所述的新型铝合金桥架，其特征在于，所述的横担和两侧的梯边之间通过螺钉或铆接的方式进行固定连接。
