加强手部锻炼的方法除了引体向上、俯卧撑等外，还有一种依靠器材锻炼的方法，就是握力器，但握力器有人反映效果并不好，并且大拇指力量得不到锻炼。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种手部力量锻炼器，该手部锻炼器具有五个手指力量都能得加强的特点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种手部力量锻炼器，其特征是，包括一个三角环，所述三角环的一条边上设有四根弹簧，该边相对的顶点也设有一根弹簧，所述五根弹簧的另一端都设有指环。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于设置了三角环和五根弹簧，五根弹簧的分布使得四个手指朝一个方向拉，大拇指向相反方向拉，这样五个手指都得到了锻炼。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型的手部力量锻炼器，包括一个三角环1，三角环1的一条边上设有四根弹簧2，该边相对的顶点也设有一根弹簧2，上述五根弹簧2的另一端都设有指环3。
锻炼时，将大拇指伸入三角环1的顶点的弹簧2上的指环3里，另四根手指分别伸入另四根弹簧2的指环3里，大拇指和另四根手指分别向两个方向用力，然后松开，再用力，再松开，如此反复，使五个手指都得到锻炼。
