背景技术
目前，常用的太阳能空气加热器主要有以下两种：一是无盖板渗透型太阳能空气加热器，吸热板吸热后，直接通过渗透口加热空气并通风机输送出去；二是平板型太阳能空气加热器，通过吸热板芯吸热，加热空气后通过风机输送至需要热气的地方。无盖板渗透型太阳能空气加热器，成本低，但集热效率低，且散热快；平板型太阳能空气加热器，集热效率高，但成本高，散热快，空气温升低，且运输难。
发明内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高效太阳能空气加热器，集热效果好，成本低。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种高效太阳能空气加热器，包括支架、联箱和风机，所述联箱的两侧设有双通太阳能集热管，所述两侧的双通太阳能集热管在进风端分别设有一段螺旋管。
本实用新型工作时，冷空气经过集热管两端的螺旋管进入集热管，冷空气在太阳能集热管内利用太阳能加热，由于联箱和集热管是连通的，然后通过联箱尾部的高压风机产生负压，使集热管内的热空气吸入联箱，再经过高压风机的风机出口将热空气输送出去。输送出去的热空气可以供给烘箱、办公室、蔬菜大棚等需要热空气的地方。本实用新型实际测试热空气温度可达200℃。
本实用新型的有益效果是:在双通太阳能集热管两端分别设一段螺旋管，集热效果好，成本低。

具体实施方式
如附图1、图2所示，一种高效太阳能空气加热器，包括支架、联箱1、风机2和风机出口5，在联箱1的两侧设有双通太阳能集热管3，所述两侧的双通太阳能集热管3在进风端分别设有一段螺旋管4，螺旋管4端部为冷空气进入口6。7为冷风调节口，控制冷风进风量，防止模块温度过高。

1.一种高效太阳能空气加热器，包括支架、联箱（1）和风机（2），所述联箱（1）的两侧设有双通太阳能集热管（3），其特征在于：所述两侧的双通太阳能集热管（3）在进风端分别设有一段螺旋管（4）。
