Abstract
半地下式的送风装置，包括一台离心式的风机，风机在地表安装，风机通过出风管和空调器相连，空调器通过冷风管和风箱上部相连，冷风管上装有阀门，风箱中部为移动的网帘，风箱下部通过吸风管和风机相连，吸风管有一段位于地下。本实用新型将吸风管大部分安装于地下，使得车间内显得很宽敞，操作人员经常不必来回跨越风管，这样布置弯头有所减少，送风系统风阻小，节约了电能。

本实用新型涉及无纺布的生产设备，即一种半地下式的送风装置。
背景技术
目前在生产纺粘热轧无纺布的过程中，刚成型的纤网必须在网帘上冷却，需要用吸风管从风箱的网帘下部吸风，热风经风机送入空调器降温，然后送入风箱，再在风箱的网帘上冷却纤网，如此周而复始。在以往的工厂中，上述这些装置均在地上安装，使得车间内显得很狭窄，操作人员经常跨越风管，行动不便，而且风管的弯头多，风阻大，电能消耗高。
发明内容
为了克服目前无纺布工厂中，风管在地上安装使得车间狭窄、风阻大，电能消耗高的缺点，本实用新型提出了一种半地下式的送风装置的新设计。
这种半地下式的送风装置，包括一台离心式的风机，风机在地表安装，风机通过出风管和空调器相连，空调器通过冷风管和风箱上部相连，冷风管上装有阀门，风箱中部为移动的网帘，风箱下部通过吸风管和风机相连，其特征在于，吸风管有一段位于地下。
本实用新型将吸风管大部分安装于地下，使得车间内显得很宽敞，操作人员经常不必来回跨越风管，这样布置弯头有所减少，送风系统风阻小，节约了电能。
