Abstract
一种可过滤的锅，主要解决传统锅功能单一、使用时容易粘锅、糊底的问题。它由滤网和锅体构成；所述滤网套在锅体内，与锅体形状相同；所述滤网的外侧设有多个凸起的支架，用于支撑起滤网，使之与锅体内壁之间保留一定的间隙。本实用新型结构简单，使用安全、方便，经济、环保、易清洗，套置在一起还可减少占用厨房空间。

本实用新型涉及一种厨具，具体地说是一种可过滤的锅。
背景技术
众所周知，中国的饮食文化丰富多彩，源远流长，一直受到世界的瞩目，无论是烹、炒、煎、炸、煮、炖、煲等多种方式的加工方法都离不开锅。以炸为例，当油在锅内达到足够温度后，将待炸制的食品放入锅内，炸好后捞出，再放食品，经过反复油炸后，锅内底部会出现大量细小的食物残渣，混合在食物中很难清理，影响炸制食品的色泽和口感。另外，在煮东西的时候，如果锅内水较少，所煮的食品紧贴在锅底上，也常常出现粘锅、糊底的情况，损坏锅的同时还会造成食物浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可过滤的锅，该锅具有方便炸、煮等烹饪方式而避免粘锅以及分离残渣的功能。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种可过滤的锅，其特征是，由滤网和锅体构成；所述滤网套在锅体内，与锅体形状相同；所述滤网的外侧设有多个凸起的支架，用于支撑起滤网，使之与锅体内壁之间保留一定的间隙。
炸制食物时，可将滤网放在干净的锅体内，向锅体内倒入适量油，待油热后将待炸制的食品放入滤网内，由于滤网与锅体之间有支架进行支撑，所以细小的食物残渣便会通过滤网的网孔进入滤网与锅内壁之间的区域。
煮食物时将食品放在滤网内，锅体内加入适量水，将滤网及物品放入后可避免食品直接与锅底相接触，所以不会出现粘锅、糊底的现象；滤网和锅体也可分开单独使用。
本实用新型的有益效果是：本实用新型结构简单，使用安全、方便，经济、环保、易清洗，套置在一起还可减少占用厨房空间。

具体实施方式
如图1所示。一种可过滤的锅，由滤网1和锅体3构成；所述滤网1采用耐高温、防腐蚀以及无毒副作用的食品级材料加工而成，底部设有若干网孔；所述滤网1套在锅体3内，两者形状相同，但滤网1略小于锅体3；在滤网1的外侧设有多个凸起的支架2，用于支撑起滤网1，使之与锅体3内壁之间保留一定的间隙。
炸制食物时，可将滤网1放在干净的锅体3内，向锅体3内倒入适量油，待油热后将待炸制的食品放入滤网1内，由于滤网1与锅体3之间有支架2进行支撑，所以细小的食物残渣便会通过滤网1的网孔进入滤网1与锅体3内壁之间的区域。
煮食物时将食品放在滤网1内，锅体3内加入适量水，将滤网1及物品放入后可避免食品直接与锅底相接触，所以不会出现粘锅、糊底的现象；滤网1和锅体3也可分开单独使用。
